4 The Opportunity NetPay are a payment service provider specialising in white label card processing solutions. The business provides a range of services including card holder present using payment terminals as well as card holder not present online processing and virtual terminals. Card processing volumes are growing by more than 10% year on year. Taking payments is an essential part of every business, with 1 million businesses authorised to take card payments in the UK today and the remaining 3.5 million UK businesses faced with increasingly costs and risks of processing cheques a payment facility which will eventually be phased out. The opportunity is therefore not only limited to those that already take card payments but the larger number of businesses that could take advantage of cost effective card payment solutions as a replacement to cheques, reducing risk, speeding us cash flow and making payments more flexible.
