7 Ms. Shweta Shah I Union Bank of India I came from a small town and from a traditional Gujarati Family. I studied in a Gujarati medium school. With this background, I knew that it would be a great challenge to study a management course in an English environment. However, SKIPS customized course on Specialized Communication Skills helped me successfully complete the course and ultimately secure employment of my choice in Union Bank of India.
