Additionally, I was the design lead for expansion of the Steps with Balance Rewards program, a fitness tracking and community program with over a million active users. I also had the opportunity to work with retail pharmacy team to design and develop a mobile-centered

2 consultation application to be utilized by pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. Responsible for defining content strategy for an extensive online database comprising over 30k articles and media interactions Coordinate with CX research teams and product management to craft endto-end experience models and actionable design principles Engaged in extensive field research activities in order to define an engagement model for a pharmacist application, including exploratory and validation testing Coordinated activities across design teams, and led UX design sprints for rapid ideation and concept generation Responsible for delivery and maintenance of user experience frameworks and briefs, wireframes, and prototypes Sr. User Experience Designer Blackboard Engage/Edline LCMS Blackboard August January 2013 As Sr. User Experience Designer, I was responsible for all client and end-user facing interactions of an integrated Site-Builder/Learning Content Management System servicing approximately 20,000 k-12 schools across the United States. Additionally, I was responsible for coordinating user experience activities across Engage and the suite of Blackboard products. This included building the user experience team within Blackboard Engage, as well as establishing relationships with clients and partners in order to explore fieldwork/analysis possibilities. Partner directly with product and senior management team to prioritize product strategy for release roadmaps Management of staff-level UX designer and front-end team, including review, evaluation, task planning, and design critique Responsible for generating design frameworks, wireframes, and comps for a variety of design elements

3 Responsible for development and maintenance of personas and scenarios for use in the design practice Sr. User Experience Architect - Customer Profile/Header/Digital Receipts Sears Holdings Corporation June 2010 August 2012 As Sr. User Experience Architect for Customer Profile, I drove the redesign of principle areas related to customer accounts, including profiles and order management. Additionally, I had the opportunity to lead design initiatives for several omni-channel projects, including design of an integrated online/in-store return and exchange process and the development of an ereceipt program for Sears and Kmart stores. Finally, I coordinated the redesign of the global navigation for Sears.com, positively affecting CSAT and attributable revenue related to the browse experience. Responsible for generating user experience frameworks for Customer Profile and Header, including multi-year planning, identification of gaps and opportunities, formulation of key performance indicators, and implementation strategies As Design Lead for ereceipt program, responsible for drafting end-to-end experience plan and executing across multi-channel teams Management of staff-level UXA's in the Customer Profile team, including mentoring, reviews, and design critique Media Designer and Developer - e-learning Option Six/General Physics Corporation June May 2010 As a media designer and developer, worked with instructional designers to craft rich, media-focused online training course for a variety of clients including Microsoft, Prudential, Eli Lily and Toyota. I engaged directly with clients to develop interaction models and flows, with a principle focus on learner efficacy and outcomes.
