2 JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Supervisor: Time: GRAPHIC/MARKETING SPECIALIST - Graphics President Half-time. (Non-exempt) Summary Description: The Web Analyst, in conjunction with the Senior Web Analyst, is responsible for thought leadership in design, measurement, and analysis for digital and print marketing. This position identifies new ideas and opportunities for analytic projects. Key Accountabilities: Produces the Face of the Company 65% Branding 10% Communication 25% - Works cooperatively with senior web analyst, sales manager, and president. Attains above average results on self/manager/360 assessments Primary Responsibilities: Analysis 1. Performs marketing campaign and investment analysis for all Online and print advertising and website content and related activities 2. Analyzes data for online marketing campaigns: user response, website conversions, feature usage, etc. 3. Conducts and constructs advertising and brand research Tracking and Reports 1. Defines and implements routine reports (weekly and monthly) for marketing campaigns 2. Provides management with detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews Design 1. Provides ideas and costing for requests from president, wholesale sales manager, and for new advertising sources 2. Develops newsletters 3. Creates design look-and-feel and mockups for all print and web media

3 Continuous Improvement 1. Provides recommendations for improvement of marketing efficiencies and effectiveness 2. Keeps up with current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and tools/techniques 3. Maintains relationships with print supplier and advertising account managers 1. Collaborates with systems specialist, accountant, sales manager, ASI manager, team, and president Other 1. Attends meetings and educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the market 2. Other duties as assigned Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor s degree in Design preferred Three year s experience providing relevant graphics design and marketing analysis Graphics design and mass communication experience required Photographic experience preferred Moderate web coding experience required Proficiency using site reporting/analytic tools, search engine optimization, and social media assets Strong proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) required Intermediate NetSuite experience required Programming experience HTML and CSSL required Video and photo editing experience required Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong internal client service skills Able to work in a fast paced environment where flexibility is essential and directions change frequently Extreme attention to detail Strong organizational skills Able to manage several projects at once
