4 ENERGY AUDIT Our energy audit is a chargeable service, providing a full evaluation of a building s energy management strategy based on usage, size and building fabric. Our technical engineer will visit your site and fully assess areas of your building where energy savings can be achieved. The output from the audit is an in depth energy report which details key energy saving projects, estimated savings and costs, CO 2 reduction and return on investment. The report will be presented to your business by your ScottishPower energy manager within an agreed timescale allowing a more detailed discussion to take place. Once a decision has been taken to move forward with a project, a technical survey will be carried out at no extra cost for each chosen solution. We will then provide a written proposal to include precise costings, detailed evaluation of the projects for supply, installation and commissioning. We work hard to ensure best value when sourcing market leading products from a wide range of suppliers. BUREAU SERVICE Option 1 Web based energy monitoring and targeting (am&t) software collecting energy data and presenting it using web-based technology. We can prepare and deliver management reports allowing you to understand your energy use, take appropriate action, and improve energy efficiency and building performance. Option 2 Remote monitoring energy bureau to access a building s information and actively manage energy usage on site through integrating amr/fiscal data and or am&t data into our energy management bureau team. Our offering provides a complete range of energy management bureau services, your business can select the services that are most appropriate to your needs. To ensure consistency and quality, the bureau team work to ISO 9001 procedures. Customers are also able to amend their service level agreement to match any changes in their requirements.
