3 1. Introduction This is the Pricing Document that accompanies the Service Definition for Atos Secure Collaboration Microsoft Exchange. 3

4 2. Pricing 2.1 Standard Feature Pricing The following section defines the pricing for the standard service elements that comprise the Atos Secure Collaboration Microsoft Exchange product set. All pricing excludes VAT. Pricing is based on per user per month, with a minimum of 12 months and 1000 users. Pricing excludes Client Access License. If you would like Atos to provide licenses we can do this subject to an additional charge. 5 2.3 External Bandwidth In order to access Accredited Secure Cloud services, connectivity to PSN (Encrypted) or Internet will be required. The pricing is dependent on the bandwidth required by the customer, and is provided on a unit basis. First Mbps 2-20Mbps 21-50Mbps 51+Mbps Connectivity Description Monthly Recurring Pricing (per Mbit/sec) Internet PSN (Encrypted) Shared VPN PSN (Encrypted) Private VPN 2 Connectivity from the ASC service to the internet, reserved for customer use within the Primary Cloud Service Environment (per data centre). Connectivity from the ASC service to the PSN (Encrypted) network, reserved for customer use within the Primary Cloud Service Environment (per data centre). Where a customer is connected via the PSN (Encrypted) network, and via the same DNSP as Atos, a Private VPN option simplifies the connection process, and reduced latency associated with the shared PSN service (and crossing multiple DNSP gateways) Private WAN connection into existing/shared Access Zone Customer responsibility to provision and cost WAN link into Atos Datacentres 2.4 Service Protection Data Protection Plans:- Atos Accredited Secure+ products offer a number of data protection schemes for each service commissioned. The following plans are those appropriate to this service offering. This offers block level based backup of your services. 6 2.5 Optional Service Enhancements The following table summarises a number of optional service enhancements that may be specified for use with our SaaS product.
