3 2 Private Cloud Pricing (Hosted on Azure) 2.1 Monthly Charges: Per user per month charges: Number of Users % SLA Per User Per Month Charges are for users on a single CRM system. Duplicate users across multiple CRM systems will be treated as new users on each system. All users in a given price band will be charged that price. For example if the volume of users increases from 185 to 200, all 200 users would be charged 40 per month for 99.95% SLA level Included License charges The monthly user price above includes the cost of licensing for Windows, SQL based on a technical design for an optimal number of users on CRM. Dynamics CRM User Licenses are not included within the price stated above, though SFW can provide the licenses based on the current G-SPLA price of per user per month CRM Database Storage charges: Up to 128 GB Included 60 GB per GB per Month Back Up storage up to 128 GB Back Up storage 128 GB + Included 0.03 per GB per Month Test & Development T&D System 99.95% SLA 4,000 per month Based on the CRM technical design in a T&D system, includes licensing, maximum of 20 users, and 60GB CRM Database storage.

For customers requiring an additional Tenant on an existing CRM system, a Tenant set up charge will be scoped using the SFIA rate card. Duplicate users across both Tenants will not incur any additional monthly user charges. Any service requirement can be covered but the following list gives some examples of the types of services that could be delivered.

6 3 Private Cloud Pricing (Hosted on Skyscape) 3.1 Monthly Charges Per user per month charges Number of Users % SLA Per User Per Month 99.99% SLA Including 28 day back up Charges are for users on a single CRM system. Duplicate users across multiple CRM systems will be treated as new users on each system. All users in a given price band will be charged that price. For example if the volume of users increases from 185 to 200, all 200 users would be charged 40 per month for 99.99% SLA level Included License charges The monthly user price above includes the cost of licensing for Windows, SQL and Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on a technical design for an optimal number of users on CRM. GSPLA CRM license price per user per month As per latest Microsoft price list currently The license element of the monthly price is a pass through cost from Microsoft and if this cost rises the price will increase by the same amount. Customers who have their own compliant Dynamics CRM licensing, can request their monthly user price is reduced by the cost above CRM Database Storage charges: Up to 60 GB Free 60 GB per GB per Month Back Up storage up to 128 GB Back Up storage 128 GB + Free 0.15 per GB per Month

7 3.1.4 Test & Development T&D System 99.90% SLA 4,000 per month Based on the CRM technical design in a T&D system, includes licensing, maximum of 20 users, and 60GB CRM Database storage. Connection terminates on a Skyscape router If customers require inter data centre connectivity, they must procure the same speed connection as their leased line, otherwise speed will be capped Per data centre charge: 2,000 one off set-up charge per installation No recurring charge Elevated OFFICIAL VPN solutions CAPS approved or appropriate CPA assured solutions to be ordered and managed by the customers directly, requiring VPN devices to be hosted within the Skyscape data centre(s) Per data centre charge: 2,000 one off set-up charge per installation 500 per month PSN IP addresses When required, Skyscape can provide PSN IP addresses Customers get one address as standard. Customers that require large There is an admin fee of 20 for each PSN IP address.

8 pools of PSN IP addresses should request these direct from the PSN authority Cloud Enablement To enable customers to access the Skyscape Cloud, customers can colocate encryption or access devices 2000 per setup / additional installation per data centre Data Transfer Facility Cloud Credits Premier Support Skyscape recognises there are situations when managing systems or transferring data over a Wide Area Network (WAN) is not viable, for example when customers have insufficient network bandwidth or whilst they are awaiting the installation of appropriately accredited connectivity In response to these challenges, Skyscape offers customers a room where they can use the secure, network connections between our Farnborough office and our data centre The Cloud Credits option is designed to allow organisations to purchase Cloud Credits up-front and redeem them against Skyscape cloud services over a maximum 2 year period. This allows organisations which need to effectively commit their CAPEX or budget spend in advance, and monthly usage will be deducted from the balance until depleted. Cloud Credits can be used for a single service or a combination of services or orders. Premier support provides a pro-active service to improve customers solution design, help with trend analysis and problem solving, and access to a named Technical Account Manager (TAM) and Skyscape s in house technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) 500 per month per data centre. Access to a data transfer room costs 500 per day for one room within Skyscape s secure offices. This price includes data transfer charges, site and network administration, use of one computer and escort duties. Every 1 spent on Cloud Credits = 1 to be spent on Skyscape cloud services 12,000 per month

9 3.3 One-Off Charges New customers or customers requiring an additional CRM system will be charged a CRM system set up price of 5000, in addition to the per user per month charges detailed in section 1. For customers requiring an additional Tenant on an existing CRM system, a Tenant set up charge will be scoped using the SFIA rate card. Duplicate users across both Tenants will not incur any additional monthly user charges. 10 4 Rate Card The rate table below is the standard SFW rate table, which should provide greater clarity on roles and rates than the SFIA rate table. The rates in the SFIA table are the same but have been uplifted for an 8 hour day rate as opposed to our standard 7.5 hour day rate shown below. The example roles show typical roles which would be engaged at the specific grades to deliver work.
