6 HOW TO REGISTER Registration Payment is due at time of registration. Proof of other payment venues such as purchase order, payment plans, etc. are also due at time of registration. Register at least 10 days prior to the start date to avoid course cancellation due to insufficient registration in your course. Online Registration is for non-credit classes only and payment must be made by credit card. Easy Ways to Register 1. Online Register and pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Once you have registered, you can view your schedule anytime by logging into the system with your RVCC Username (G#) and password. 2. In Person Registration at 14 Vogt Drive, Bridgewater (registration hours 8:30am -6:00pm Mon-Fri) or (Main Campus), 118 Lamington Road, Branchburg (registration hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri). 3. By Mail Complete the Registration Form, include a check or Money Order and mail to: Raritan Valley Community College Workforce Development PO Box 3300 Somerville, NJ Important In response to state and federal regulations regarding identity theft, RVCC no longer accepts credit card payment by phone, fax or mail. If you plan to pay by credit card, please use our secure online registration or pay in person at one of our two locations. Refund Policy Student withdrawals must be received ten (10) or more days prior to the start of a class. The request for withdrawal must be in writing with course title, start date, your name, home address and contact number. You will receive a full refund of the course fees, less the non-refundable registration fee. No refunds given after the start of a class.
