Gonzalez Convention Center San Antonio, Texas Graduate School Fair 4 5 p.m. College Night 6 8 p.m. college night TMEA, in conjunction with the Texas Association of Music Schools, sponsors the annual College Night during the TMEA Clinic/Convention in San Antonio. Over 3,000 All-State students, Texas Future Music Educators members, and Two-Year College All-State members are informed of this event and invited to attend. College Night also appears as a scheduled event in the convention program to attract additional attendees. february 14, 2014 WHY EXHIBIT? College Night provides a setting for representatives of colleges and universities to disseminate information regarding their institution s educational programs to All-State students, Texas Future Music Educators members, and undergraduate and graduate students who are in attendance at the convention. Every effort is made to stress to these students the importance of this event and the opportunity it provides them. College Night 2013: Over 90 Institutions and 3,000+ Attendees

Texas Colleges must also become Institutional members of TAMS (form to come from TAMS). Out-of-State Colleges must also become Sustaining members of TAMS (form enclosed). Only one booth per college will be allowed. Booth cost is $100 and should accompany the enclosed contract. Booths will be assigned by the Exhibits Manager in the order contracts are received, beginning at the front of the exhibit hall. Booth Furnishings Booths will be with 8 high back drapes, and 36 high side dividers. One 8 draped table with two chairs and one 7 44 sign with your school name will be furnished without additional charge. Exhibit Rules & Regulations Only official college literature is to be distributed within the space assigned to the exhibitor. Only one copy of any recording, DVD, CD, or CD- ROM may be displayed on the table and may not be distributed. No posters, logo signs, displays, pins, stickers, T-shirts, or other novelty items may be distributed or given to visitors. Cards requesting application, audio and/or visual materials may be completed and left at booth. Auditioning or verbal offer of scholarships or grants for students is prohibited. Schools not assigned booth space in the exhibit area are not permitted in the exhibit area. Booths are not to be decorated in any way. Audio/video equipment is prohibited except to display printed materials. No audio or video equipment may be used of musical performances of performing ensembles. No more than four persons should represent an exhibiting institution in the booth at the same time. Exhibit personnel shall remain within their booth perimeter while distributing literature or soliciting students. The TMEA/TAMS Exhibits Manager reserves the right to restrict exhibits that, because of undue noise, method of operation, materials, or any other reason, become objectionable. In the event of such restriction or eviction, TMEA/TAMS is not liable for any refunds, rentals, or other exhibitor expenses. These regulations become a part of the agreement between the exhibitor and the TMEA/TAMS. Any situations not covered are subject to the decision of the TMEA/TAMS officials. Rental rates are based on the entire show including setup day. Customer is responsible for all loss or damage to equipment unless damage/loss waiver is chosen. All orders are subject to SmartSource standard terms and conditions. A company representative MUST be present upon delivery or additional fee may apply. 100% cancellation fee will apply (no refunds) for orders cancelled up to 7 days before the show and on show site. DAMAGE WAIVER/LOSS COVERAGE: Unless you have selected the damage waiver and loss coverage under this agreement, you are required to keep our property insured against loss by fire, theft, and other risks included in the standard form of "all risk" insurance naming us as additional insured and loss payee. In the event of such a loss, you agree to promptly reimburse us for the replacement cost of such property and claims for all losses and injuries caused by such property. Intentional abuse is excluded from coverage of the damage waiver and loss coverage and a filed police report must be produced for coverage to apply. Unless you have accepted our Damage Waiver Coverage, you will be responsible for the costs resulting from damage to our property including service and repair charges.
