EXHIBIT LOCATION George R. Brown Convention Center 1001 Avenida de las Americas Phone: (713) Web: SHOW HOURS Monday October 13 10:30am 5:00pm Tuesday October 14 9:00am 4:30pm Business to Business Exchange 8:00am 9:00am Wednesday October 15 9:00am 3:00pm Exhibitor personnel are permitted to enter the hall at 8:00am on Monday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, exhibitors are able to enter at 7:00am to prepare for the Business to Business Meeting which begins at 8:00am. Any exhibitor requiring earlier entry on Monday or Wednesday will need to obtain written permission from Show Management the day prior and obtain a Special Work Permit. Exhibitors must exit the hall at posted times during set-up and tear-down and at the close of the hall on show days unless they obtain a Special Work Permit. SHOW MANAGEMENT OFFICE The Show Management Office will be located in Room 352 D on the third floor; APTA representatives can be reached via the Information Desk located in the Registration area outside Plaza 3. EXHIBIT INSTALLATION HOURS APTA EXPO 2014 is targeted meaning that each exhibitor will be assigned a designated move-in day and time. This schedule pertains to arrival of in-bound freight only and does not mean you have to be at the hall to set up on this day. Please reference the Targeted Floor plans for your assigned freight delivery time. This can be found in the Freeman Services section of the exhibitor services manual. Failure to meet your assigned time may result in delays and additional costs for your company. NOTE: On Wednesday, October 8, 2014 from 8:00am 4:30pm VEHICLE TARGET move-in is scheduled. All Vehicles/Buses need to move-in at this time. If you have scheduling questions, please contact Mack Mitchell of Freeman ([email protected]) with regard to Vehicle/Bus Targets. Only exhibitors with mobile vehicles are permitted to move-in/set-up at this time.

Exhibitors are requested to have all empty containers, with the exception of product, labeled for storage by 2:00pm on Sunday, October 12. DISMANTLING Wednesday October 15 3:00pm 8:00pm Thursday October 16 8:00am 5:00pm Friday October 17 8:00am 2:00pm All carriers MUST check-in by: All materials MUST be removed by: October 12:00pm October 2:00pm Dismantling may NOT begin until the show closes on Wednesday, October 15 at 3:00pm. One-half hour after show closing, returning of cartons and equipment cases will begin, followed by crates. This process will take approximately 8 hours. Please plan your travel departure arrangements accordingly. If you are unable to meet the move-out deadline, contact Freeman to make special arrangements. BOOTH EQUIPMENT & CARPET Each 10 deep exhibit will be set with 8 high BLACK/GRAY/BLACK back drape and 36 high BLACK side drape, as well as a 7 x 44 company ID sign. Electricity, furnishings, displays, and any other items needed are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors must provide carpet for your entire exhibit booth space. Exhibitors have the option to rent or provide other carpet. Exhibitors are encouraged to order booth cleaning/vacuuming for each night of the

3 GENERAL INFORMATION 2.3 Show. Cleaning service can be ordered from George R Brown Convention Center by completing the form in this manual (Section 8). Booth cleaning is not included in the exhibit space price. The aisle carpet color for the show will be Midnight Blue (a Blue and Black blend). BUS WASHING AND DETAILING Limited bus washing services can be provided by the Metropolitan Transit Authority (Metro) in Houston. Reservations for this service must be made in advance with Metro Houston. No reservations will be taken after September 19, Please contact Robert Richards at either his office number , cell phone or [email protected] for rates and services available. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE Exhibitors are advised to see that their regular company insurance includes extra-territorial coverage and that they have their own theft, public liability and property damage insurance. Show Management and all organizations and individuals who are employed by or associated with it in connection to the show, will not be responsible for injury or damage that may occur to an exhibitor or his/her employees or agents, nor to the safety of any exhibit or other property, against robbery, fire, accident, or any other destructive causes. Please review the space contract for details. SECURITY Uniformed guards will be stationed at entrances and exits 24 hours a day and will patrol the floor during nonshow hours. Every reasonable effort is made to prevent losses. The final responsibility, however, lies with the exhibitor. It is advised items such as laptops, small monitors, or anything which is easily concealed, be very secured in a booth overnight or removed with the exhibitor at the end of each day. Private guards can be hired from the official Security Contractor. Show Management, APTA, the George R. Brown Convention Center, and all organizations and individuals who are employed by or associated with it in connection with the exposition will not be responsible for injury which may occur to an exhibitor, his employees, or agents nor for the safety of an exhibit or other property against theft, fire, accident, or any other destructive causes. PRIORITY SPACE SELECTION Selection of exhibit space for the APTA EXPO 2017 in Atlanta, GA October 8-11, 2017, will take place in the Sales Office on Level 2 of the George R. Brown Convention Center. Additional information and details will be sent to you closer to the show.
