Reservation forms must be completed and returned with payment or completed online before booth selections are confirmed. Exhibitors will be contacted to select their booth space within the time frames outlined below based on the order in which contracts are received. For information on the Partners in Excellence and Premier Partners packages, refer to the partner program information which is included in this packet. Convention Center Renovations The Greater Columbus Convention Center is currently under-going renovations. Show management is in constant communication with the convention center staff to minimize the impact on our event. As of May 1, 2015, all scheduled work is taking place outside of the center. 7 OTF CONFERENCE & SHOW AND OSU GREEN INDUSTRY SHORT COURSE TERMS&AND&CONDITIONS:& The undersigned agrees to abide by the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the tradeshow as set forth herein and enclosed and in the Exhibitor Kit issued to the undersigned prior to the tradeshow. Acceptance of this contract binds the parties to the payment as set forth in this agreement. No refunds whatsoever are available after October 15, 2015 for any reason. All notices of exhibit space cancellation must be submitted to OTF management in writing and will be officially dated when received by management. Management retains the right to sell any space cancelled by an exhibitor immediately upon receipt of cancellation. Management reserves the right to adjust the floor plan as needed for any reason. In the event of cancellation of the tradeshow due to fire, strikes, act of God, government regulations, or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of OTF, OTF staff and OTF management, OTF shall independently determine an equitable basis for the refund of fees after consideration of expenditures and commitments already made. No refunds will be given based on attendance or perceived value of the tradeshow. Exhibitors will display only merchandise regularly sold by them. Spaces shall not be shared or sublet unless approved in advance by OTF management. Exhibits must remain open until the closing of the tradeshow without exception. Early packing is prohibited. OTF management, prior to the tradeshow, must approve all sales gimmicks, promotions and giveaway. Soliciting of trade must be confined to within your own exhibit booth. The undersigned Exhibitor is responsible for any and all damage caused to the facility either intentionally or unintentionally by the exhibitor and/or any person, entity, group, employee or contractor associated with the exhibitor. Exhibitors who will display vehicles within the conference facility agree that the displayed vehicle will have less than one-quarter tank or less of fuel. Batteries must be disconnected and plastic must be placed under the vehicle. Any non-compliance with these terms could result in the exhibitors removal from the tradeshow and/or monetary fines. With my attendance at the OTF Conference & Show and OSU Green Industry Short Course, I realize that I and/or my products and staff may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my consent to the event s producers and any media covering the event to use such photos and/or comments in future promotional material or articles pertaining to the tradeshow or OTF.
