That s why we developed the Restaino Web Leads Program. The Restaino Web Leads program is an automated system that puts buyers in touch with a Restaino agent any time of day or night. When a buyer sends in a request for information, that request is automatically broadcast from our servers to a group of eligible agents cell phones. In addition to specialized training on the Web Leads Programs, participating agents are required to contact the Buyer within 5 minutes. If the buyer has not been contacted in 5 minutes or less, our system automatically broadcasts to the next group of 20 agents.to insure buyers get quick service. When the first agent responds, the server knows the buyer has been serviced and the broadcasts are discontinued. What does this mean to you as a home seller? Our showing lines are open 8:00 A.M 8:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M on Saturday and 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Sunday.
