2 Low Commission Splits Krch Realty has one of the lowest commission splits in the industry. ++ $ per transaction for your first 20 transactions then you go to a 100% split with just a small $50 per transaction fee for the rest of your employment year. Most brokerages charge very large splits as much as, 60 agent/40 broker for each transaction. When comparing offices you need to compare the total yearly contribution to the office. The maximum you will pay to Krch is $10,000 if you complete 20 transactions each year. Most brokerages charge $27,000 to $35,000 per year.
