1. Module Description The purpose of this module is to provide training to licensees and agents on how to perform a listing push. After viewing this module, the user will be able to locate the listing push feature and complete the action of pushing listings for a saved search. This module will use the specific examples of pushing listings after updating a lead s search and after creating a new search with specific MLS numbers. 2. 2.1. Introduction Provide background information on the content of the module and what skill(s) the user will learn as a result of viewing this module. 0:00 The Listing Push feature is one that you will want to learn how to use so that you can quickly and easily reach out to a lead with listing information. Listing Push emails have the highest success rate of reaching your leads and drawing them back to your site. This is a very useful feature for reaching out to leads when you update their search criteria for an existing search or want to send them information on specific listings. Push Listings from Update Demonstrate a simple update to a lead s search (frequency of notifications, criteria) and then push listings to the lead. 0:40 One excellent use of the listing push is after you have updated a lead s search to modify their listing notifications or their search criteria. Let s make a few changes to one of our leads search and then perform a listing push. For this lead we are going to narrow their search by adding some areas and updating their price range. We will also change the frequency of their notifications from weekly to daily before saving the search. Click on the Push Listing Email link. This will display a standard email message for this feature. You can personalize this message and we recommend that you do so. In this case, we will let the lead know what changes we made to their search and the frequency of their notifications. Once you have made your changes, click send. Push Listings from MLS Search Demonstrate creating a simple MLS search for 2-3 properties and pushing listing to the lead. 1:49 There may be times when you decide that you want to email a lead information on a select group of properties that you believe they might be interested in. These may be listings that they have not viewed but you feel might fit their criteria. You might also want to send them their favorites or most viewed properties to give them another look. We are going to create an MLS search with this lead s favorites and then push the listings.
