The optimal usage of these resources represents a unique opportunity for Eastern European member countries. It could help us reach the level of more developed EU members, and at the same time, it provides an opportunity to be an equal competitor under equal competition conditions after 2020. At the beginning of this period, there is a chance to assess the tasks, the most important roles and responsibilities of innovation networks. With a history of over 25 years, this conference offers a forum for discussion dedicated to this assessment. Presenters, posters and enquirers of the R&D&I sector, economic and civil sectors alike are warmly welcome. 3 Presentations and posters One participation fee entitles the participant for two presentations, or one presentation and one poster, or two posters at the most. The organisers shall have the right to provide opportunities only for presentations and posters strictly connected to the given topics in case of too many registrations. In that case, the Scientific Council and the chairs of the sections will be asked to make a proposal concerning the topics to be presented in the sections or in the poster section, and the possible rejections. In the poster section of the conference, uniform poster panels (2.2 m high and 1m wide) will be provided. The presentations and posters are to be proof-read by the Scientific Council. Articles of at most 8 pages meeting the content and format requirements will be arranged into topics and published in an electronic publication edited as a book, with an ISBN number. Based on the recommendation of the Scientific Committee, outstanding presentations will be invited for publication in the journals Gazdálkodás, A Falu, the Journal of Central European Green Innovation and Acta Carolus Robertus. 4 IMPORTANT DEADLINES Deadline for preliminary registration and uploading the abstract (max. 1000-1500 characters) in Hungarian, English or German: 30 November, 2015 Confirmation of acceptance of presentations/posters: 15 December, 2015 Updated section timetable available on our website (http://www.karolyrobert.hu/ntn2016): mid-january, 2016 Uploading the Hungarian/English/German text of presentations/posters to http://www.karolyrobert.hu/ntn2016 to validate your registration, as well as returning the 'Services Request Form' to pburunkai@karolyrobert.hu: 12 February, 2016 The detailed programme will have been sent to the participants by 10 th March, 2016. If the participation fee is not paid by 14 th March, 2016, the registration will be rejected, and the presentation or poster will not appear either in the programme or in the publication. The fees for the services are to be paid by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the 'Services Request Form'.
