11 What is the Neptun? A system, where you can manage your subjects, classes, timetable marks exams, dates of the exams messages from your teacher, etc.

12 How to login Username: your Neptun code Password: yymmdd (for example ) After the first entry you should change your password

13 Your subject list and changes 1. 2 weeks to make any change in your subject list 2. Bring every official changes in the Centre for International Mobility (Learning Agreement, page Changes to the original learning agreement ). Please fill the document electronically!!! The admission office will put your subjects in the Neptun System.

14 Obligatory presence in the class Your attendance to the classes is required. You may miss 30%. You might fail the subject in case of to much missing.

15 End of the semester There are two types of outcomes of the subjects. Final mark based on tests and home works. Exam Signature (requirement for the exam). How to get a signature? It is based on tests and home works during the semester. Without the signature you can not sign up for exams.

16 End of the semester 2 We strongly recommend you to ask your teacher about the final requirement of the given subject. You have to sign up for the exams. You will see the possible dates given by the teachers in the Neptun. 2 attempt/ exam period

17 Last, but not least The exam period starts on 18th of May and ends on 20th of June. Anita

18 Student ID If you don t get one now, use the international ID until you receive the Hungarian one. EVERY 2 MONTH renew at Student Office

19 Public Transport Always carry with you your student ID!!! The monthly ticket is valid only together with your student ID!!! Your home student ID is valid only if you have a photo on it!!!
