She speaks English and understands both sides for employers AND employees. She is the best in Dayton at what she does. She is a great advisor to us in difficult situations. The instructor is funny and smart the time just flew. Presented well very easy to understand. Andrea is incredible at presenting the info. She held my interest the entire time. Speaks very clearly. I love Andy s interactive approach I think she could teach anything and I would enjoy it. Andy is fun. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We turn to Andy to keep us up on all the new HR developments. We appreciate that she keeps us on track through her professionalism, HR knowledge, and practical experience. I can sleep at night knowing we ve got it right.
Andy is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. She is an excellent resource for HR issues. If she doesn t have the information we need, she is prompt in her research and follow-up. Andy listens attentively and offers expert suggestions. Any has assisted us with several projects, including: HR audits, employees issues and also has given presentations to our managers and staff. Andy knows our company. She does everything we need from start to finish. This enables her to screen for culture and personality fit as well as skills. It saves me time needing to interview potential candidates who might fit with the skills but the chemistry is not always right. We use Andy s services for everything from establishing an employee handbook to terminations. As a turnkey system, it s like having our own personal HR department. We had Andrea come in and do two trainings on sexual harassment one for our entire staff and one for our management team. With her easygoing style, Andy was able to discuss an extremely sensitive topic using a very professional, non-threatening approach. She adapted her content well to our environment and our culture, and she was able to engage our staff in a very informal, yet candid discussion. It was a relief to our management team to have her present this topic to our entire staff, as well as to provide us with very sensible, specific advice on how to deal with hypothetical situations based on employment law and practices, and common sense. I ll use Andrea s services as often as I can to help us when she has expertise that we don t particularly with sensitive issues. She s earned our trust and respect.
