This course teaches the issue of identification of patient risk for suicide and the need for suicidal precautions for constant monitoring of patients at OhioHealth in an effort to decrease suicides in the Emergency Department. Designed a Peer Review elearning to educate: 1) Physicians who are acting members of a Peer Review Committee 2) General Medical Staff and 3) Quality Specialists serving on the Physician Peer Review Committee Process to increase awareness and patient safety. Designed a Resilience in the Workplace Toolkit for use by clinicians across the OhioHealth system in an effort to decrease care-giver stress and increase patient safety. Increased patient satisfaction and safety with the implementation of various elearning courses for OhioHealth since Increased regulatory compliance via coaching, process design, and elearning courseware for OhioHealth. Developed and implemented process improvements and training that decreased costs related to accidents and injuries for Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. Environment Health and Safety Division.
