3 WHY AN EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM? The role of a leader has become increasingly complex. In a time of intense change, increased competition and pressure to adapt, today s leaders rarely have the time or opportunity to step back and focus on their own development. MSEC s Executive Leadership Program gives leaders a safe, stimulating learning environment in which they deepen self-awareness about their impact, explore their role as organizational stewards, set a vision for leading others toward strategic goals, and inspire others toward excellence. MSEC s Executive Leadership Program is a nine-month, comprehensive, integrated leadership development program targeted to senior leaders who want to take their skills to the next level. This transformational experience provides a long-term forum in which leaders deepen awareness of their leadership strengths and areas for development, set clear intention for leading, acquire tools for navigating leadership challenges, and enhance their leadership knowledge and skills. This learning laboratory gives participants an opportunity to explore leadership best practices with faculty and other senior leaders who bring a range of knowledge and experience to the program. MSEC s Executive Leadership Program is the most impactful professional development course I ve ever experienced. Whether you are a natural born leader or seeking to develop leadership skills, you will get a new perspective on yourself and your role in the organization that will make you a stronger leader. -Senior Manager, Outdoor Industry Association
