Er was eens een bedrijf waar documenten een belangrijke rol spelen. Elke dag werden er vele documenten tussen klanten en leveranciers over en weer gestuurd en ergens opgeslagen. Op een dag besloot het bedrijf om met een centrale plek in te richten waar iedereen documenten kon opslaan en inzien. Daarom raakten er geen documenten meer kwijt. Daarom konden document veel sneller teruggevonden worden. Totdat tenslotte een vast gegeven werd en iedereen zich afvroeg waarom niet eerder was gebruikt.
