In 2009, over 70 of business and IT teams are geographically distributed. 52 of those surveyed said increasing speed of access to internal experts is a top benefit of Web 2.0 technologies in the enterprise. 74 of enterprises have already implemented some corporate collaboration software, out of which 61% plan to expand or upgrade their current implementation.
