1 PRUchoice Travel Apps User Manual Prudential is pleased to present a tailor-made application for Smartphone users. With this application, Prudential offers a simple way to apply travel insurance anytime anywhere. Follow the steps and get your application completed now! Step 1: Quick Quotation Click Quotation/Apply at the front page to start the application. Should you want to know more the coverage, please click About PRUchoice Travel for benefit table. If you are applying, you will be guided to enter some basic information of the trip. Click Calculate at the bottom to get a quotation. If you are fine with the quotation, click Apply to start the application.

2 Step 2: Login Moving forward, we shall need you to input your basic information for our communication. If you are existing e + club member, please login under e + club member, then click Login and your basic information shall be retrieved. Your time is saved in inputting your basic information for the application. If you are a new client, please click New Client bar and go to Step 3.

3 Step 3: Enter Applicant information As said, if you are e + club member, your basic information will be retrieved from our record automatically. You need not to input them but you can edit them if needed. Click Continue to confirm the basic information you input to be correct. If you are a new client, please input your information carefully. Click Continue when it is completed.

4 Step 4: Enter Insured person(s) information At this point, please enter information of the person(s) to be insured. If there are more than one person to be insured, enter information of each insured(s) one by one. Please note that you can apply PRUchoice Travel in a single policy for a maximum of six persons. If you are applying an annual policy, we need to know the employment status of the person(s) to be insured. Make sure you have filled in the information in the fields required accordingly. After you enter the information of the last person to be insured, please click Continue. For annual policy only

6 Step 5: Choosing the way your policy to be served You can choose how your policy shall be served. We recommend you to choose your policy to be served by our financial consultant who can be at your service for policy and claim related inquiries. If you know our financial consultant and want your policy to be served by him/ her, please enter his/ her name and phone number. We shall reach him/ her to tell him/ her that you have effected this policy. Of course, you can choose to handle you policy on your own. Having specified your choice, please tick I Accept under Declaration to accept the declaration after you read the Declaration, and click Continue button to view the application details.

7 Step 6: Application Detail preview Take a preview of the application details. Click Confirm Application Details at the bottom if no further update is needed.

8 Step 7: Discount If you have got our e-coupon from our promotion activities for insuring PRUchoice Travel, you can use it here. Please select the coupon type and enter the coupon number, then click, the total premium after discount will be shown at the bottom. Please be noted that the coupon is not applicable to annual cover and only one e-coupon can be used in a single application. After that, click Confirm and make payment to proceed.

9 Step 8: Payment Input credit card information and click confirm to complete the application. If you have previously applied PRUchoice Travel online, with his/her credit card information provided, such credit card number will be displayed. You can decide to use the same credit card, or a new one, for settling premium of this application. To protect your interest, our system will not store the Card Verification Value of your credit card. Thus, please input this value every time when you make the application.

10 Step 9: Application Completed Congratulations! Your application is now done. You will soon receive: 1. Our confirmation via SMS (Please make sure your mobile phone number entered in Step 3 is correct) 2. Insurance certificate through or fax (depending on your choice in Step 3) If you have previously bought travel insurance via our financial consultant and this financial consultant has your policy arranged online no matter via our website or this Apps, he/ she will receive a message from us for this application as well. 11 Adding PRUchoice Travel Apps to home screen Please follow steps below to add PRUchoice Travel Apps to your home screen for quick using. 1. How to add PRUchoice Travel Apps to your iphone/ipad home screen? 1. Firstly, please use your iphone/ipad to scan the QR Code we provided or input the link: to access PRUchoice Travel Apps. 2. If you access the Apps by scanning QR code, screen (a) will be displayed. Please click. If you access the Apps by inputting website address directly, screen (b) will be displayed. Please click.

12 3. Please click Add to Home Screen on the menu. The default name of the Apps Prudential will be shown, then click Add. 4. The icon of the Apps will be displayed on your mobile home screen. You can now apply PRUchoice Travel anytime anywhere.

13 2. How to add PRUchoice Travel Apps to your Android OS mobile home screen? 1. Firstly, please use your Android OS mobile to scan the QR Code we provided or input the link: to access PRUchoice Travel Apps. 2. When you are in the Apps, click on the up right of the screen to go to the page of Bookmarks.

14 3. In the Bookmarks page, click. The default name of the Apps Prudential will be shown, then click OK. PRUchoice Travel Apps will be added to your bookmark. 4. After that, long press the bookmark icon Prudential, menu as shown will be displayed on your mobile screen. Please click Add shortcut to Home.

15 5. The icon of the Apps will be displayed on your mobile home screen. You can now apply PRUchoice Travel anytime anywhere.
