GETTING STARTED Create an Account If you do not have an account, it is easy to create one from the Sign in page. Open your web browser to cloud.innovolt.com/console and click Create Account. Then fill in the requested information. When you finish, read the terms and conditions and then select the check box next to I agree to the terms and conditions and click Create Account. Remember to use your corporate email address as this unique email address will help to individually identify your Innovolt appliances. You will receive a verification email at this address. Similarly, you may create an account from the smartphone app itself. Sign In If you created an account when you downloaded and installed the Smartphone app, you can sign in directly to the IMC from any supported web browser. To sign in, open your web browser to the IMC web URL, cloud.innovolt.com/console, enter your account email address and password and click Sign In. Note: If you will access the IMC on a dedicated computer and want to stay signed in the next time, drag the selector next to Stay Signed In to On. Retrieve Password If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and enter your email address to have a link to reset your password sent to you. page 4

Home Page Overview After you sign in, the Home page appears. The Home page displays the available modules for the IMC. Summary. The Summary page provides a graphical view of power events over time. Appliances. The Appliances page displays information about the power protection appliances that are associated with the current user. Settings. The Settings page contains information about the current user, the software version, and technical support. Additionally, on the Settings page, you can manage your account information, download data about device events, and sign out of the IMC page 5

SUMMARY The Summary page provides a graphical view of power events over time. View Summary To view a summary report: 1. Go to the Summary page. From the Home page, click Summary. 2. Select the date range for which you want to see the measured events. Click OK. The Summary graph shows all events for the date range. To view a single event type, select the type from the list on the left. The event types include: Voltage Sags, Over Voltages, Brownouts, Power Outages, and Voltage Surges. You can also hide or show events in the graph by clicking the event type at the bottom of the graph. Additionally, when you select Disturbance Events, the Summary page will display a bar graph of all the collected events. page 6

Get a Differential Reading A differential reading is a snapshot of the collected events over two points in time. To get a differential reading, select one point on the graph and double-click on the reading. Then select and click on the second point on the graph. The differential reading appears below the graph. Note that the differential reading function is available on graphs both in the Summary section as well as when viewing individual appliance data. Print the Summary Report To print the summary report: 1. From the Summary page, click Print Friendly. 2. The Summary page is redrawn. To print the summary, click Print. 3. In the Print dialog, follow the prompts to select printer location and settings and click OK. page 7

APPLIANCES The Appliances page displays information about the power protection appliances that are associated with the current user. View All Appliances To view your Innovolt power protection appliances, from the Home page, click Appliances. The Appliances page displays the total number of appliances, the total number of disturbance events captured, and a summary list of the appliances. You can do the following from the Appliances page: Use the Search field to search for a specific appliance. Sort the appliance listing by clicking on any column heading. Select an appliance from the list to view and edit details about that appliance and its equipment. Export data from all your appliances into a standard CSV data file. Remove one or more appliances from your account. page 8

Note: An appliance is added when you first take a reading for that appliance using your smartphone app and adapter, or when you upload Power Doctor readings using the Innovolt IMC PC Application. When you upload the reading from your smartphone app to the Innovolt Cloud Services, you have the option to add details about the appliance and managed equipment. This is a great time to enter the appliance location details and the equipment manufacturer, model, serial number, and type so that you can quickly identify it in the future. If you upload from a Power Doctor, this same information can be added later directly on the cloud. View a Single Appliances To view a single appliance, select the appliance from the list or search for the appliance by its Innovolt Serial number (S/N) or Identifier. You can do the following from the Appliance Details page: View the Events graph for the appliance. You can also modify the date range, export the disturbance data for this individual appliance to a CSV file, or print the disturbance events graph. View a list of details about the captured events. View and edit the appliance location and details about the managed equipment. page 9

Edit Appliance Details If you move an appliance from one location to another, or if you wish to modify the details about the equipment that the appliance is monitoring, you will want to edit an appliance. page 10

To edit appliance details: 1. Go to the Appliances page. 2. Select an appliance from the list by clicking on the Appliance S/N or Identifier, or search for an appliance and select it from the results. The bottom portion of the Appliance Details page displays the appliance location and equipment information. 3. Click Edit Details and enter or modify the appliance information. Location Enter the physical location (postal address) of the Innovolt appliance.»» Click the current location name to select a different option from the list.»» If the location does not appear in the Location list, click Add Location to enter the location details.»» Click Edit Location to view and if necessary, modify the location details. Note that clicking on Edit Location will affect all appliances using this location. Alias Enter and alias or nick name for the appliance. This could be used as a more descriptive location identifier such as a room name or floor number at the physical location. Connected Equipment 1 and 2 Enter details about the managed equipment.»» Manufacturer Select the equipment s Manufacturer name from the list. If the manufacturer name does not appear in the list, you will need to contact Innovolt Support to have it added.»» Model Type the Model name in the text field.»» S/N Type the equipment serial number or service number in the text field.»» Type Select the equipment type from the list. 4. Click Save, or click Cancel to leave the page without saving your changes. Alternatively, you can add appliance and equipment details directly on the smartphone app when you take a reading, and it will transfer the information to the IMC. Delete an Appliance Delete an appliance if you are no longer using it and intend to retire the appliance, or if you want to transfer ownership to another user within your organization (another user with the same corporate email domain). Note: Deleting an appliance will remove it from your appliance listing, but not from the IMC. If you are going to transfer the appliance to a different user, delete the appliance from your listing, then have the new owner read and upload the appliance data using either the PDSA-100 on their smartphone, or with the Power Doctor and Power Doctor IMC PC Application. To delete an appliance: 1. Go to the Appliances page and click Delete. 2. The appliance list will reload with a delete button next to each appliance. Select the appliance you wish to delete, and click Done. Click Back to leave the page without deleting any appliances. page 11
