4 ExaDigm s Wireless Service Portal provides easy and secure access for ISOs, Multi Service Providers, and Processors to activate modems, set-up wireless plans, and manage accounts. The Wireless Service Portal is located on the internet at: Click on the provided link, or go to (the address is case sensitive). 1.0 Access ISO/MSP To log in as an ISO or Multi Service Provider, click on the [ISO/MSP] link. The ISO/MSP Agent Login screen will present two options; logging in to an existing account or registering a new account. 2.0 Registering a ISO/MSP Agent To create a new ISO/MSP agent account, click on [REGISTER NOW] in the New Agent Registration section of the ISO/MSP Agent Login screen ExaDigm, Inc. 5 Fill out all the required fields on the New ISO/MSP Agent Registration screen (required fields are indicated with a red asterisk ). New agents with rights to register MUST have a Billing ID and Agent Keyword to complete the registration process which is provided by the ISO. Billing ID and keyword is provided to the ISO by ExaDigm Inc. after creating and ISO account. After providing the required information, click on [SUBMIT]. After submitting the account information, the user will be informed that the registration has been processed. Once this message appears in their web browser, the ISO will be able to proceed to the User Administration screen by clicking on [Go to User Admin]. User Admin screen will only provide the newly added agent with the [Log Out] and [Help] icons. Agent user levels will need to be set ExaDigm, Inc. Page 5 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

6 3.0 Logging In To log into an existing account go to and click on the [ISO/MSP] link. On the Agent Login screen, enter the address and agent password and then click on [SUBMIT]. 4.0 Forgot Password If the password has been forgotten, click on the [FORGOT PASSWORD] link. On the Lost Billing ID & Password screen, enter the address and click [CONTINUE]. When prompted, answer the security question. After answering the question, click [SUBMIT] ExaDigm, Inc. 7 After correctly answering the security question, a notification will appear that the password has been successfully changed. An from activation@exadigm.com with the new password will be sent. FROM: TO: ExaDigm Customer Support [support@exadigm.com] jdoe@acme.com SUBJECT: Reset Password This is being sent to you because you requested that your Wireless Service Portal password be reset. Your new randomly generated temporary password is: isizkqi Please don't reply to this message. If you have received this message in error, or did not request this password to be reset, please contact our Wireless Customer Service Team at (866) Wireless Customer Support ExaDigm, Inc. 5.0 User Administration After logging in the User Administration screen will appear. From this screen account information can be modified, modem activation, replacement and deactivations can be performed and print usage and status summary reports ExaDigm, Inc. 8 6.0 My Account To modify the ISO/MSP account information, click on either of the [MY ACCOUNT] links on the User Administration screen. On the My Account screen, modifications to the account information can be done. Clicking on [SAVE ACCOUNT INFORMATION] will save any changes made ExaDigm, Inc. Page 8 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

9 A message will appear when the account information is successfully changed. Click [OK]. To exit the My Account screen without saving changes, click on the [MAIN MENU] link ExaDigm, Inc. Page 9 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

10 6.1 Change Password The My Account screen will allow the user to change the password. To change the password: Click on [CHANGE PASSWORD]. On the Change Password screen, enter the current password and the new password. Enter the new password again to confirm it. A message will appear when the account information is successfully changed. 11 6.2 Agent Listing To view the ISO agent list or to create a new agent, click on [AGENT LISTING]. The Agent Listing screen will allow: View the entire agent list and the agent s current status. Print the Agent list. Edit Agent information. Assign Agent user levels. Create a new Agent. 6.3 Edit Agent Information To edit an Agent s information, click on the [EDIT] button ExaDigm, Inc. 12 The Agent Listing screen will allow: Modify Agent information. Suspend an Agent s account. Delete an Agent s account. Account Status If the account has been suspended, this button will display a Reinstate option 6.4 Modify Agent Information To modify an Agent s information, make the desired changes on the Agent Listing screen. After the changes are made, click on [SAVE]. To exit the Agent Listing screen without saving changes, click on [CANCEL] ExaDigm, Inc. Page 12 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

13 6.5 Assign Agent User Levels To assign Agent user levels click on [ROLE]. To assign Agent roles, select an Available Role and click on one of the arrows signifying the move over. To assign Agent groups, select an Available Group and click on one of the arrows signifying the move over. After selecting roles and groups click on [SAVE]. To exit the Agent Roles screen without saving changes, click on [CANCEL]. 7 roles 6 groups 6.6 Print Agent List To print the Agent List, click on the [PRINTER FRIENDLY] link ExaDigm, Inc. 14 On the Print Agent Listing screen, click on [PRINT THIS PAGE]. After printing the listing, click on [CLOSE THIS WINDOW]. 7.0 Activate Modem To activate a modem, click one of the [ACTIVATE MODEM] links on the User Administration screen. On the ESN/Serial Number screen, enter the modem serial number and the ESN/SIM card number. Click on [SUBMIT] ExaDigm, Inc. Page 14 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

15 Next, select a wireless carrier and plan type. Click on [CONTINUE]. On the Merchant Info screen, enter the Merchant s DBA Name and Merchant Number. [CONTINUE]. Click 2009 ExaDigm, Inc. Page 15 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

16 On the Confirmation screen, review the information that has been entered to confirm it is correct. If any information needs to be changed click on [EDIT] in the appropriate section. After reviewing the terms and conditions, place a check mark in the provided field to indicate that they have been read and agreed. Click [CONTINUE]. The Activation Receipt indicates the order is complete. PRINT A COPY OF THIS RECEIPT. To activate another modem, click on [ACTIVATE ANOTHER MODEM] ExaDigm, Inc. Page 16 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

18 8.0 Replace Modem To replace a modem select [REPLACE MODEM] on the User Administration screen. On the Replace screen, enter the Merchant DBA Name or Merchant Number, the current information will display. Enter the New ESN/SIM, and then click on [CONTINUE] ExaDigm, Inc. Page 18 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

19 On the Confirmation screen, review the replacement modem. The modem can be replaced by clicking on the [REPLACE MODEM] button. If the modem is incorrect, click [PREVIOUS]. Once the replacement process is complete, the Replace Modem Receipt screen will be displayed. PRINT A COPY OF THIS PAGE. To return to the main menu click on [BACK TO MAIN MENU] ExaDigm, Inc. 20 9.0 Deactivate Modem To deactivate a modem, select [DEACTIVATE MODEM] on the User Administration screen. On the Deactivation screen, enter the Merchant DBA Name or Merchant Number and ESN/SIM number, and then click on [Add Modem to Deactivation List] ExaDigm, Inc. Page 20 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

21 Additional modems can be deactivated by adding modems to the deactivation list. Review the modems being deactivated. Items that are not intended for deactivation can be removed from the process by clicking on the appropriate [REMOVE] button. After confirming the items to be deactivated are correct, click [CONTINUE]. On the Confirmation screen, review the modems being deactivated. Items not intended for deactivation can be removed by clicking on the appropriate [REMOVE] button. After confirming the items to be deactivated are correct, click [DEACTIVATE]. Once the deactivation process is complete, the Deactivation Receipt screen will be displayed. PRINT A COPY OF THIS PAGE ExaDigm, Inc. Page 21 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

22 10.0 Reports Reports allow the printout of Modem Usage and Modem Status summary reports. To access Reports, select [REPORTS] on the User Administration screen Modem Usage Summary The Modem Usage Summary report shows the usage for all modems for a given billing period. To view a Modem Usage Summary report select [MODEM USAGE SUMMARY] on the Main Menu. Next, select the [BILLING PERIOD] ExaDigm, Inc. Page 22 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

23 After selecting a billing period, choose either Export or Submit. Export will export the report to a spread sheet. The export procedure is identical to the procedure used for the Modem Usage Detail report. Submit will enable the report to be viewed in the Web browser. The Modem Usage Summary Report will provide the following information: No.(sequence), Modem #, Carrier, ESN/SIM, Activation (date), Deactivation (date), Merchant Name, Merchant #, Usage [MB], Wireless Charge, Usage Charge, Activation Fees, Fees & Surcharges, Total Charges ExaDigm, Inc. 24 10.2 Modem Listing To view modem listings click [Modem Listing] under the My Account menu. The Modem Listing Report will display all modems assigned to merchants and the status of each. Click [EDIT] under the Action column to view the detail ExaDigm, Inc. Page 24 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

25 While in Edit Modem Detail a modem can be deactivated, replaced, merchant information can be changed or a usage report can be created. To view a usage report click [Usage Detail]. Once in the reports menu click [Submit] to view modem usage detail ExaDigm, Inc. Page 25 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

26 The report can also be shown in MB and exported to an Excel spreadsheet Modem Usage Detail The Modem Usage Detail report shows the usage for a specific modem for a given billing period. To view a Modem Usage Detail report, select Modem Usage Summary on the Main Menu. Next, select the Billing Period. Next, input the modem serial number. As the serial number is entered, a dropdown list will appear displaying all modems in the database with the keyed number sequence. As more of the serial number is entered, the search results will narrow. After selecting a billing period, modem number and merchant information, choose to either Export or Submit the report. Export will export the report to a spread sheet. The export procedure is identical to the procedure used for the Modem Usage Detail report. Submit will enable the report to be viewed in the Web browser ExaDigm, Inc. Page 26 of 30 Rev. 1/0809

27 The Modem Usage Detail Report will provide the following information: No. (sequence), Modem number, Carrier, Merchant Name, Merchant #, Event Time, Usage [MB] or [KB] Exporting Reports To export a Modem Usage Summary or Modem Usage Detail report, select a billing period and then click on [EXPORT]. In the File Download dialog box, click on [SAVE]. In the Save As Dialog box: Select the folder where you want to save the report. The file name will be XXX_XXXXXX_XXXXXUsageDetailReport.
