You re Invited! We invite you to join us this year for the GTL Conference May 20 and 21 in St. Augustine, Florida. Attendees of the GTL Conference will benefit from the opportunity to learn how to better utilize GTL products and also take part in crucial votes on proposed changes to GTL s products and services. Only attendees of the GTL Conference have the opportunity to vote on the proposed changes, so attendees have a unique ability to shape the development of all GTL products. In addition to the training sessions, there are multiple opportunities to experience new GTL hands-on, and to see firsthand how integrated can streamline processes and provide efficiencies for your facility. GTL Conference is always a great place to unveil new products, so you never know what you will get to see when you are there! We have included a sample agenda from one of our recent User Groups to show the kind of training sessions you can expect, and to show a small portion of the interaction opportunities that are provided. Lunch is provided both days for the conference, and those who stay at the conference hotel also receive a very nice complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Attendees are also invited to the Tuesday evening hospitality event for some light fare and a chance to meet many of the other corrections customers in attendance. This is a wonderful opportunity to discuss best-practices, and to find out how other correctional facilities manage their inmate populations. This GTL Conference has a couple of new changes. As the GTL customer base continues to grow, the GTL Conference attendance continues to grow. There are now two conferences per year so that we can serve both our east coast and west coast customers. To ensure that we can offer a high quality event, and ensure that class sizes are appropriate, we are opening this GTL User Group up to the first 120 customers who are registered to attend. A waiting list will be maintained for customers who register after the first 120. This GTL Conference will be held at the Renaissance hotel at WGV in St. Augustine. For attendees who stay at the conference hotel, the following amenities are included: the hotel from Jacksonville International Airport on 5/19 (shuttle times )* Free transportation from the hotel to Jacksonville International Airport on 5/22 (shuttle times )* Complimentary breakfast voucher for the Villagio restaurant for Tuesday and Wednesday morning in the guest rooms and the meeting space in the spacious parking lot Free shuttle to downtown St. Augustine (shuttle times TBA) *Free transportation to and from the Jacksonville International Airport on covered days/times.
