Note that you will have to contact APEGA in order to receive the APEGA corporate ID so we can ensure that you are an eligible member. This should be done PRIOR to booking travel and may take up to 10 business days. Note on Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel a flight upon which you have applied the APEGA discount code, please phone WestJet directly rather than cancelling on-line. If you cancel on-line, the refund will go to the APEGA administrator account and it will take at least 5 or more business days to refund this to you personally. Login to your WestJet Profile and click on Shop for Business Travel Note: You cannot use promo codes or coupon codes in conjunction with the business discount. If you DO NOT already have a WestJet ID (a 9 digit code), then you will need to click on the You need your own WestJet ID number to access it and you will be taken to the profile creation page. Member Benefits: WestJet Instructions Fill out the profile information. In the space for Corporate Code, enter the CONFIDENTIAL Corporate Code given to you by APEGA. If you do not have this, go back to Step 1. If you already have a WestJet ID (a 9 digit code), you can log into your profile from the WestJet BIZ Weblink site. Member Benefits: WestJet Instructions Once you are logged in, you need to go into Update Profile Once you are on the page to update your profile, enter the CONFIDENTIAL Corporate Code given to you by APEGA in Step 1. Member Benefits: WestJet Instructions Step 4: Booking your business travel. Once you have the Corporate ID associated with your WestJet profile, you can start to book travel. Login to your profile through the WestJet BIZ WEBlink using your 9 digit WestJet code. Click on the Shop for Business Travel button. Revision Date: July 24, 2012 Page 7 of 8

Member Benefits: WestJet Instructions You will be taken to the standard WestJet booking process, where the business travel discount WILL BE TAKEN OFF AUTOMATICALLY (i.e. you will not be able to see the discount). Please be aware that you cannot use this discount in conjunction with other promo or discount codes. Step 5: Enjoy your Flight.
