Follow Up configuration You can find these settings when opening: Admin Panel > System > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Follow Up Set this option to Yes if you want to make the coupon available only for the recipient. If you want to send winback s to customers who have not visited store for some time you need to specify the period of customer absence (in days). Page 3

4 1. Follow Up configuration The extension allows you to send promo follow up s for different order statuses. In this tab you can easily associate default Magento statuses with real events. Page 4

5 1. Follow Up configuration In this tab you can specify the required sender details. To import black list you need to create CSV file with certain s (one per line) and upload it through this button. If you want to enter s manually, please open: Admin Panel > Promotions > Follow Up > Black List Set this option to Yes if you want to prevent sending to customers during testing. Specify an address where test s will be send to. Page 5

6 2. Rule creation: Start Event To create a rule for generation and dispatch of follow up s, please open: Admin Panel > Promotions > Follow Up > Rules Specify the name of campaign. After you ve set up the required data, please click the Continue button. Choose the event which would start your campaign. You can set a specific date when s should be sent out. This feature is useful at holiday period. Page 6

7 2. Rule creation: General Settings Please, don t forget to save your settings. You can select the event which cancels dispatch. If you selected Date as a start event, you can specify it here. If there is a need you can easily deactivate the rule. Set this option to No if you want to send s to all registered customers. Page 7

8 2. Rule creation: Stores & Customer Groups These settings allow you to specify a store and a customer group to which the rule will be applied. Page 8

9 2. Rule creation: Sender Details In this tab you can specify sender details which will be used only for this rule. Page 9

10 2. Rule creation: Google Analytics These settings allow you to get Google Analytics statistics on your campaign. NOTE: the fields Campaign Source, Campaign Medium and Campaign Name are REQUIRED. The information will be accessible under campaigns in you GA account. Page 10

11 2. Rule creation: Schedule Choose the coupon type: - Percent of product price discount; - Fixed amount discount; - Fixed amount discount for whole cart. Select the delivery date of follow up s. If you want to send the several times, please click this button and set up the appropriate data. Specify the discount amount, expiration date and, if you need: - the cart subtotal; - the number of products in cart to which you want to apply maximum Qty discount ; - discount Qty step; Page 11

12 2. Rule creation: Compatibility with Auto Add Promo Items If you use Auto Add Promo Items module with the Follow Up you can specify the SKUs of free gifts which you want to add to the follow up . Page 12

13 2. Rule creation: Applying Shopping Cart Rules Instead of specifying multiple conditions for each coupon, you can just use one of the shopping cart price rules. In this case Follow Up module will create coupons and add it to the rule. Each customer will receive a coupon with your letter. Page 13

14 2. Rule creation: Rule Conditions When you configure the rules regarding order statuses you can see the additional tab Condition. At this tab you re able to set up different conditions for rule implementation (this is optional). Page 14

15 2. Rule creation: Rule Conditions Advanced Customer Segments module adds new rule condition named Segments. Choose a segment or a group of segments to which the rule will be applied. Notice: segments should be created separately. Page 15

16 2. Rule creation: Testing Click this button to send test . To specify receiver , please open: Admin Panel > System > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Follow Up > Testing. Page 16

17 To create an template please go to System-> Transactional s 3. Follow up templates Click here to add a new template. Page 17

18 3. Follow up templates Name the rule and choose the start event. Choose Schedule tab and click Add record. Select the necessary template from the drop-down. Important! First you should create template (see pages 17-20) and only then configure the rule. Page 18

19 3. Follow up templates Choose the type and language for the template. Then click Load Template. Use URL manager to automatically create URLs corresponding to Magento requirements. Page 19

20 3. Follow up templates Use format manager to choose how to display in the template: currency date price time You can choose whether to use short/long or medium display type. Here you can see the example with date format. Page 20

Black List creation If you want to add an address to black list, please open: Admin Panel > Promotions > Follow Up > Black List Note: if you want to quickly add a whole black list, please import it through CSV file, as shown at the Page 4. Please click the Add New button to add the address. As a next step, manually enter the address. Page 21

22 5. log To see all sent s, please open: Admin Panel > Promotions > Follow Up > History. Click this button to export all history into CSV file. If a customer didn t receive the you re able to see the reason. Here you can see all generated coupons tied to customers. Page 22
