Presenters Micah Zirnhelt, SPHR, Assistant Vice President Micah has worked in human resources for 11 years in roles includes HR Generalist and HRIS/Payroll Management. He worked primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries with companies ranging in size from 60 to 5,000 employees. Micah also worked for several years in the non-profit sector in marketing, fundraising and membership development roles. Micah joined Mercer in 2005 in the role of an HR Administrator for Single Source 1 where he provided daily support to clients in a variety of industries. He has been in his current role as a Sales & Implementation Specialist since 2007. Micah is also the primary technical liaison between Single Source 1 and the HR Benefits Advantage programming staff. Micah holds a BFA from the Boston Conservatory and holds a certification of SPHR from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
