To reduce the impact to the environment, members who have provided us with a valid email address and consent to receive email communications will be sent the Inner Circle e-newsletter via email. If you have not received the e-newsletter, please check your spam and junk mail folders and add noreply@winnerscirclerewards.ca to your contacts list help our emails reach their destination. If you do not want to receive e-newsletters via email please visit My Account/Profile at www.winnerscirclerewards.ca and unselect this option. Please know that any offers we send to you via email will be available for you at the Winner s Circle Rewards desk or Express kiosk, or on WinnersCircleRewards.ca, even if you do not receive your email. Purchase a Festive Holiday Menu item between December 1, 2013 and December 30, 2013 and receive a coupon redeemable from January 1, 2014 to January 31, 2014 for one (1) $5.00 Slot Play offer and one (1) $5.00 Getaway Restaurant Offer. HOLIDAY CASH Q5. When does the Holiday Cash promotion take place? A5. The Holiday Cash promotion takes place from December 1-12, 2013 at all 19 OLG Slots & Casinos. Q6. How can I participate in the Holiday Cash promotion? A6. There are two ways to participate in the Holiday Cash promotion: 1. Daily Swipe: Active Winner s Circle Rewards members can swipe their card at the Winner s Circle Rewards desk or Express kiosk for 1 daily entry into that day s promotional draw for $500 Cash. Silver Member Bonus: Silver Winner s Circle Rewards members will receive one bonus ballot for that day s promotional draw when completing their daily swipe. Gold Member Bonus: Gold Winner s Circle Rewards members will receive two bonus ballot for that day s promotional draw when completing their daily swipe. 2. Hot Seat Draws: Select gaming sites will also be holding Hot Seat draws. No. Your transaction will be completed through the thane.ca/wcr secure website. WHEEL OF FORTUNE LOTTO Q4. Who is eligible to receive the Wheel of Fortune Lotto Free Play Coupon? A4. Only active members of the Winner s Circle Rewards program with email consent and a mailable email address as determined by OLG can receive the Wheel of Fortune Lotto Free Play Coupon. Members must be 19 years of age or older, and NOT inactive, self excluded, archived or trespassed, as determined by OLG. Q5. How many Free Play Coupons for Wheel of Fortune Lotto can I receive? A5. Only one Wheel of Fortune Free Play Coupon per eligible member can be received from November 8, 2013 to January 19, 2014. OTTAWA SENATORS Q12. How do I purchase discounted tickets for the Ottawa Senators games? A12. Simply log into WinnersCircleRewards.ca, and go to the Promotions page. Some of our vendors events may require a promo code to be entered in order to gain access to Winner s Circle Rewards members-only discounts or tickets. The offer code for the Ottawa Senators tickets provides a discount of up to 10% on Ottawa Senators tickets to the Regular Games specified on www.capitaltickets.ca/promo. Q14. Are all Ottawa Senators games eligible for the discount? A14. Only Regular Games are eligible for the discount. Please see the www.capitaltickets.ca/promo website for specific games. Q15. Is there a maximum number of tickets per game I can purchase? A15. A maximum of 8 tickets per game are available to be purchased, subject to availability. Q17. If I didn t receive the e-newsletter, am I still eligible to use the discount offer code? Q17. Yes. Any Winner s Circle Rewards member may use the discount offer code to purchase Ottawa Senators tickets to the games specified on the website. The ticket discount information and promotional code are posted on WinnersCircleRewards.ca. Q18. If I have already purchased tickets for one of these games, am I able to receive a refund equal to the amount I would have saved with the discount offer? A18. No. The discount offer is not valid for any previous purchases. Q19. Are there any tickets excluded from the offer? A19. Yes, some sections of tickets may be excluded due to availability. Please see www.capitaltickets.ca/promo for available sections. Q20. What do I do if a game is cancelled or postponed? A20. OLG is not involved in the ticketing process and thus will not be responsible for providing any refund in such an event. In the event of a game cancellation or postponement, please contact Capital Tickets directly using the contact information located on their website. Can purchased tickets be picked up at the Winner's Circle Rewards desk? A21. No. OLG is not involved in the ticketing process. Tickets will be delivered by the means indicated at time of purchase. Ticket pick up information is available on Capital Tickets website. Tickets cannot be sent to the Winner s Circle Rewards desk. Please direct any questions regarding tickets or purchase information to Capital Tickets. Q22. Why can t I purchase my tickets directly through WinnersCircleRewards.ca? A22. While the discount offer is exclusive to Winner s Circle Rewards members, the tickets are purchased through Capital Tickets. As a matter of convenience, we have included a link to the Capital Tickets website where you can purchase your tickets. Q23. Can I use my cashback or comp to pay for the tickets I want to purchase? A23. No, you must have a valid credit card to purchase tickets. Cashback is only redeemable at an OLG Slots and Casino location with valid government issued photo ID.
