Created Postdoctoral programming that resulted in a #1 rating in U.S. News and World Report s Best Place for Postdocs to Work. Remained in the top ten ranking for 4 years. Conceptualized a Tribute to Alumni sculpture which encouraged donors to give $5,000 resulting in multiple scholarships being established. Wrote and gained approval for the first Educational Trainee Ombudsman function resulting in a no litigation record for 10 years. Led multiple accreditation site visits (SAC, CEPH, ACGME) all resulting in approval for maximum award years. Counseled multiple organizations in organization change strategy and conflict resolution Created and taught 5 different Conflict Resolution and Organizational Change Strategy courses in various masters and doctoral programs. ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN MEDIATION AND OMBUDSMANTRY Mediated over 2000 cases Volunteered for civil and family mediation at Harris County Dispute Resolution Center, resulting in attorneys specifically requesting my continued assistance. Continued to study and train with an excess of 600 hours of conflict resolution, mediation, and ombudsman courses.
