Created Postdoctoral programming that resulted in a #1 rating in U.S. News and World Report s Best Place for Postdocs to Work. Remained in the top ten ranking for 4 years. Conceptualized a Tribute to Alumni sculpture which encouraged donors to give $5,000 resulting in multiple scholarships being established. Wrote and gained approval for the first Educational Trainee Ombudsman function resulting in a no litigation record for 10 years.
