Our Spoutvac Management Team: Andrew Mollison, Group General Manager Andrew has 33 years experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry. Andrew is the Group General Manager for Regent Pumps, Spoutvacs parent company, and is also responsible for Matthew Davis Australia & Regent Dynamics. Barry Comb, Site Manager Barry has over 30 years experience in high pressure pumps, and vacuum & jetting systems manufacture. Barry has over 11 years experience in building Spoutvac units and is a qualified Fitter and Turner tradesman. Rodney Purtill, Industrial Sales Manager Rodney has over 15 years' experience in after sales service and support with over 7 years experience on Spoutvac products. The past 15 years have been in quality management & procurement within vehicle manufacturing. Tony is a qualified Sheet metal worker with an engineering diploma. Andrew Peel, Fabrication Supervisor Andrew has been with Spoutvac for over 8 years, and has over 30 years experience in metal fabrication across various industries including construction, maintenance and general engineering. He is a qualified Boilermaker tradesman. Tony Vallance, Electronics Supervisor Tony has 27 years in truck systems, 16 years of this time has been on the computerised electronic controls of Spoutvac systems. Tony s training extends across computerised controls for hydraulics, pneumatics & load systems and their integration into truck platforms. Tony is a qualified Auto Electrician tradesman. Andrew Gladman, Test & Trials Supervisor Andrew has 9 years of experience in the manufacturing of drain and sewer cleaning equipment. Andrews has detailed knowledge of fault diagnosis, maintenance and test and trial of units. Andrew is also a qualified Boilermaker tradesman. Spoutvac has a resource of long term employees with expertise in the critical aspects of electronics, hydraulics and assembly. Spoutvac Staff have in excess of 100 years of accumulated experience across the areas of Vacuum and Jetting Sales, Manufacture, Maintenance and Support. 3
An Outline of Our Capability and Process: Design: Using Solid Edge software enabling a 3D approach to layout of units on cab chassis, has provided the improvement the industry has needed in optimising space and weight distribution within units. Fabrication: Spoutvac has an extensive workshop dedicated to the fabrication of tanks, welded structures and the fitment to the cab chassis. Blast & Paint: The flow through blast and paint enjoys a large dedicated facility of each. 4
