2 SEBENICO ATSI Sebenico ATSI in line with our Aboriginal principles will implement solid processes and good governance to bring together Indigenous and Non indigenous people to work towards a common goal. Our goal is to use these principles to increase Indigenous participation in commercial projects for the direct economic benefit of traditional owners. This is the dream of Malcolm Walker, the majority Indigenous shareholder of Sebenico ATSI. Malcolm lives by aboriginal principles and is working to make this mission a reality. Malcolm is a Gureng Gureng elder with extensive ties to Australian traditional owners. Malcolm worked for many years with local communities to achieve economic independence and sustainability. He engages with the Government and champions their programs to close the gap between Indigenous and Non indigenous people, working hand in hand for common benefit. COMPANY OVERVIEW Sebenico ATSI offers a specialised project management service specifically designed to assist in the growth of Indigenous business opportunities. 3 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Sebenico ATSI provides turn key project delivery services. We have implemented agreements with a number of companies to deliver a complete project solution to Client needs. Combining our expertise in project management and their contracting experience and equipment we can deliver projects using the most advanced project management controls. Specialised project management services include: Change management Contract and construction law Estimating and cost control Planning and scheduling Risk management Document control Sub contract administration and procurement We have civil construction equipment available for hire on projects. Equipment is available for wet or dry hire and we can provide highly skilled Indigenous operators as required. We work very closely with Indigenous communities to identify and provide highly skilled and motivated Indigenous personnel. Sebenico use skilled training providers to identify and deliver all training to Indigenous personnel to meet specific project needs. Sebenico ATSI will take responsibility for the individual s progress, training and performance. We listen to our clients, take responsibility for our personnel and ensure every person provided is suitable for the identified position. We have a strong team of project management personnel who can provide services either on a seconded basis to the Client or self perform to manage projects on the client s behalf. An integrated project management system has been implemented for the effective control of projects. We use the most advanced project control software available on the market. We have personnel available and skilled in all aspects of project management, including cost control, contract, planning and scheduling and commercial management. 4 QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION Sebenico ATSI have developed an integrated management system, providing project management systems that are third party certified by Southpac Pty Ltd. Our management systems are accredited to the following Australian and international standards: ISO 9001 Quality ISO Environmental AS/NZS 4801 Safety INDIGENOUS PARTICIPATION Sebenico ATSI develop close relationships with local Indigenous communities and liaise with them to understand local Indigenous issues. Our Aboriginal employees work to develop a culturally sensitive Indigenous participation program. Sebenico ATSI will engage with the Client and identify areas of involvement within a project. We will work with the Client to identify how we can best contribute and fulfil project requirements through Indigenous participation. Participation Plan We ensure the participation program is project specific and meets the particular needs of the project and Client. Local Indigenous professionals, tradespeople and established contractors will be used to fulfil available project positions. Potential trainees in the local area will be identified and we will coordinate all required training for upskilling of local personnel. Government aboriginal assistance programs are matched with local candidates for government subsidies. We facilitate this process through consultation with senior Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Committees and shire councils, traditional owner groups and government representatives. 5 Training Sebenico ATSI will review the skillsets of candidates. Indigenous personnel with skills that match the project positions will be identified and presented to the Client. If additional training is required we will take responsibility for all upskilling of personnel. Sebenico ATSI will place, mentor and follow through candidate training to ensure they meet required position skill levels. Sebenico ATSI have existing agreements in place with RTO accredited training organisations and will identify and use local training organisations where possible. Workplace Participation Sebenico ATSI will if requested take full responsibility for the employee s performance within the workplace. This may include all payroll, conditions of employment and employment contracts with the individual. Indigenous employees will be assigned to a mentor. This mentor will oversee their placement within the company and the project. Any concerns the Client may have with the individual s performance or any other concerns can be discussed with the mentor. The mentor will deal with the issues in a culturally sensitive manner. Sebenico ATSI will set up regular liaison meetings with the Client to discuss any issues that may be of concern to the Client. We will monitor and record our performance and report back against agreed performance metrics. Sustainability We work towards sustainable outcomes for the Indigenous people and Indigenous local contractors. Economic benefits are shared amongst the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Skilled Indigenous people trained during project execution are retained within our company and transitioned to new projects to ensure ongoing employment. Page 4 of 4 P000 MP004.0

6 RESIDENTIAL AND INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS Sebenico ATSI project manage residential and industrial buildings. We have standing agreements with established building companies. Our builders are QBCC licenced. We have an advanced management system tailored to project manage both residential and industrial building projects to the Client s requirements. We work very closely with Indigenous communities to identify and provide training to upskill local Indigenous personnel both in labour and project management positions. We have a professional team who can competently deal with all activities required to complete a building project, including: Development approvals Design Coordination of tradesmen Local community relations Our tradesmen are competent in the following trades: Site preparation including subdivision and earthworks Thermal scanning of switchboards Building construction Landscaping Data cabling Electrical cabling Scaffolding We have the ability to undertake complimentary site works, including site security and landscaping. 7 UTILITIES LOCATING AND SURVEY MAPPING Sebenico ATSI provide a professional underground locations team. Knowing the location of underground utilities on your job site or property is the first step you should take prior to any type of digging, drilling, grading and building. Having utility location data will improve your project execution efficiency, minimise potential delays and significantly decrease the risk of damaging existing underground services. 8 WATER AND WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT Sebenico ATSI offer industrial water and wastewater services, including: High pressure water blasting Bulk liquid waste removal, transport and disposal Cleaning and clearing drains and pipes Tank unloading and cleaning Sebenico ATSI have experienced personnel who can tailor a solution to your water and wastewater needs. We have available vacuum trucks, vacuum tankers and auxiliary equipment. We have super suckers, fitted with high pressure water blasting and excavation equipment that have the ability to vacuum to depths of 20m. High pressure water blasting is available for the cleaning of tanks, vats and most surfaces. We have the capability of clearing blockages and vacuuming debris in above and below ground pipework up to 1200mm diameter. Large volumes of waste can be transported from site quickly and efficiently. 9 STEEL FABRICATION AND CONSTRUCTION Sebenico ATSI have available structural, mechanical and piping capability. We offer the resources and skills for steel fabrication and on site steel construction. Our expertise includes the installation of: Piping and secondary supports, above and below ground Elevated storage bins, tanks and silos Heavy mechanical equipment We execute work in the oil and gas, process and services piping sectors. We have access to an established fabrication workshop for controlled steel fabrication works. Sebenico ATSI provide fixed and mobile plant maintenance services to keep plants fully maintained and operational and undertake preventive and breakdown maintenance as required. We offer a comprehensive maintenance service, including electrical, lighting and instrumentation. We are able to plan, manage and execute plant shutdowns from initial dismantling through to final recommissioning. Our team is experienced in bringing plant up to full operation. We have a database of highly skilled tradesmen, welders and supervisors available. Project management staff are available to plan and track a project from fabrication through to final commissioning. We have an advanced quality system and quality officers who are able to coordinate inspections and prepare material data reports (MDR s) at the conclusion of the project. We have a well developed environmental and safety system. We take safety very seriously in the workplace and undertake safety risk assessments from take 5 s in the field through to comprehensive safety management plans to control every aspect of safety in the workplace. 10 CIVIL AND BULK EARTHWORKS Our civil contracting services include: Sebenico ATSI project manage select bulk earthworks projects specialising in overburden removal to the quarry and extractive industries. We can load, haul, spread or compact, no matter the quantity. Whether your task is for on highway haulage of product or off highway bulk earthworks. 11 PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION Sebenico ATSI have an in depth knowledge of pipeline construction methods. We will implement a construction solution that will minimise the project cost and duration. Sebenico ATSI has access to specialised pipeline equipment including HDPE fast fusion welding machines, trenchers, padding machines and side booms. We have a team of highly experienced professionals who can install, test and commission steel and HDPE pipelines. We offer a full suite of pipeline construction solutions: A quality certified project management system An experienced and professional pipeline construction team All pipeline construction equipment required on site NDT and hydrostatic pressure testing Quality material and testing data reports (MDR s) Sebenico ATSI personnel have extensive experience installing in both remote areas of Australia and supplying domestic services within an urban environment.
