Tee Time Reservation Policy The Foretees and call-in times will utilize the following schedule to reserve tee times: Foretees Call-in Oct -March 7:00 AM 9:00 AM April-Sept 7:00 AM 8:00 AM Founder Memberships, Charter Memberships, & Presidential Memberships Tee Times can be reserved one week, in advance: Tuesdays for Tuesdays Wednesdays for Wednesdays Thursday for Thursdays Friday for Fridays Saturdays for Saturdays Sundays for Sundays All Other Golf Memberships Tee Times can be reserved three days in advance: Monday for Thursdays (Golf shop closed, Foretees only) Tuesday for Fridays Wednesday for Saturdays Thursday for Sundays Saturday for Tuesdays Sunday for Wednesdays Dependents Under the age of 26 Tee Time Policy Dependents can book unaccompanied tee times forty-eight hours in advance. *All player positions reserved by an X must be filled by 7:00 am two days prior to the reserved tee time. If not, the system will automatically remove the X. *All players are required to be off the 1st tee at their assigned tee time. Example: If your tee time is 10:00 am, then your group should have all played their first shot and be moving down the fairway by 10:00 am In the spring and fall, please log onto www.ravennagolf.com on the ForeTees home page for daily conditions and possible delays due to frost. We ask all Members to sign in at the Golf Shop prior to play. Guest names must also be written in the registration sheet. Cancellation policy: Please give your fellow members the courtesy of twenty-four hours notice. 1

2 Dress Code/Club Etiquette (Golf Course, Practice Facilities, & Teaching Tee) Appropriate dress is required at all times on the golf course and the practice area. Golfers will NOT be able to utilize the golf course or practice facilities until dress code requirements have been satisfied. Men/Boys: All men and boys are required to wear collared shirts or mock turtlenecks (short or long sleeved) and golf slacks or appropriate shorts. Tailored golf shorts are permitted. Baggy or cargo shorts are not permitted. Shirts must be tucked inside slacks or shorts. Golf hats and visors are to be worn with the bill forward at all times. Men and boys must Remove hats before entering clubhouse and golf shop. Tank tops, tee-shirts, short shorts, swimwear, sweatpants, workout shorts, and jeans are not permitted. Women/Girls: Appropriate length Ladies shorts, golf skirts, or skorts, depending on the height of each individual. Golf shirts must either have a collar or sleeves. Golf hats and visors are to be worn with the bill forward at all times. Tank tops, short shorts, swimwear, sweatpants, workout shorts, and any colored denim type jeans are not permitted. Children: The above rules apply. Cell Phones: While visiting the Club, we ask that all Members & Guests turn their mobile device on vibrate mode and refrain from speaking on cellular telephones in the dining rooms. Please utilize the back patio or outside. Text and email usage is permitted in the dining room at any time. Non-Tipping Club: The Club at Ravenna is a non-tipping club and is important for the Club to maintain this image. The Club compensates the player services staff a higher hourly wage. The Club has instituted a player services pool to further compensate the employees who work outside golf services. The club charges green fees and 9 & 18 hole cart fees to members and all guests. A portion of the cart fees and guest fees is collected and put aside in a pool that is distributed to the player services staff at the end of each payroll period. Essentially, every time you rent a golf cart or pay a guest fee your tip is built into the fees that are charged to you the member or the guest. Please make sure you, your family members and guests are aware of the Club s tipping policy.

The Club at Ravenna 2015 Rates When inviting guests to the Club, please forward the Foretees tee time confirmation so they are aware of the Club's policies Guest Fees Accompanied Guest Fee $80.00-18 Holes $50.00-9 Holes *Guests are allowed to play a maximum of 6 times per calendar year. Excluding Club Tournaments & Events. Unaccompanied Guest Fee $100.00-18 Holes Family Guest Fee $30.00-9 or 18 Holes Family guest is defined as: Mother, Father, Grandparents, Grandchildren, Mother-in-law, Father-in-law, Brother-in-law, Sister-in-law Junior Guest Fee $20.00-9 or 18 Holes Junior Guests is defined as a child ages ten (10) to seventeen (17) years old Junior Guest 9 and Under $0.00 - Play for Free Cart Fees Juniors 9 & Under $20.00-18 Holes $12.00-9 Holes $0.00 No Charge An adult must accompany a junior player under the age of 16 and are responsible for operation of the golf cart. Member Trail Fee Policy Members who are in good standing that have joined The Club as a Founder Membership, Charter Membership, or Presidential Membership are eligible to submit a written request to The Club to purchase or lease a golf cart for use to and from their residence located inside the Ravenna Community. The annual trail fee will provide use of the golf cart at The Club at Ravenna for the Member, Spouse and any children (dependents) under the age of twenty six (26) that are listed on the membership application. The Member agrees that all guests and other Members who ride in the cart will be charged the clubs published cart fees and The Club will collect all fees charged for other passengers. Any Member who has paid the annual fee and rides in one of The Club at Ravenna fleet golf carts understands they will be charged The Clubs published cart fee rate. Rain Check Procedure In the event of a rain shortened round, we will charge you for the number of completed holes. For Example, if you played 5 holes you would be charged 28% or (5/18 of your round) for guest green fees and cart fees. 3

4 The Golf Season The Official Golf Season will be May 1st until October 3rd (Men s Closing Day). During this time period all the club s sanctioned events will be scheduled and played. All play must start from the first tee box and all groups of players must be foursomes (4 ) or less on Friday s, Saturday s, Sunday s and Monday Holiday's. Fivesomes (5) will be allowed after 12:00 pm (noon) on Tuesday s, Wednesday s, and Thursday s. During the off season October 4th until April 30th non golf season rules apply. Small Group Outings Plan a small group outing for your business clients, family reunion, or an outing for personal friends, Small groups (16 person maximum) may play any time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Friday s and after 11:00 am on Saturday s, Sunday s and Monday holidays. The individual Member who hosts the small group agrees to accompany the guests on the day of play. The Club Member Host will be responsible for payment of all fees. For the Member who accompanies his small group the escorted guest fees will apply. For Members who cannot accompany their small group unescorted guest fees will apply. The Member who books the group outings must distribute the Clubs guest guidelines to the players in the group and ensure the clubs policies are adhered, most notably dress code, personal conduct and pace of play. Small outings may be arranged in advance with the golf shop. Tee Times All players are required to be off the 1st tee at their assigned tee time. Example: If your tee time is 10:00 am, then your group should have all played their first shot and be moving down the fairway by 10:00 am Pace of Play Policy It is expected that an 18-hole round of golf at The Club at Ravenna take no more than 4 hours and 20 minutes to complete the round and return the carts to the clubhouse. On days when carts are restricted to the cart path the time allowed will be 4 hours and 30 minutes. It is expected that play on the front nine (9) and arrive at the Raphael Grille in 2 hours, and take no more than 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete playing the back nine and return the carts to the clubhouse. Your position on the golf course should be immediately behind the group in front of you, not immediately in front of the group behind you. Twosomes and threesomes should not expect to play through foursomes and should not exert pressure on the groups ahead. Foursomes shall have the right of way. The golf shop staff has complete authority to monitor play.

Lightning Policy Shelters can be found by the tee boxes on holes #6 (bathroom), and upon completion, the Raphael Grill on #10 or #15. If you are in the area of the clubhouse, please return immediately. If lightning is detected we will sound a siren to alert golfers on the course. It is ultimately the responsibility of each golfer to be aware of changing weather conditions. Please note that if lightning is near and you have not heard the siren, all golfers should immediately take shelter. Frequently, lightning will develop above the course without warning. When play resumes, groups should maintain position according to tee times unless groups have agreed during the storm delay to allow a faster group to play through.. Hole-In-One-Club New in 2015, The Club will have a Hole-in-One Club. All members will their spouses be in will automatically be enrolled for a $5.00 charge per person (you will see this on your billing statement), unless you opt out by emailing me at gkahrhoff@ravennagolf.com. Hole-in-Ones will be recognized as long as the tee markers and greens are regulation (temporary greens are not regulation). Another golfer in your group must witness the hole-in-one, and you must complete all eighteen holes of golf unless the hole in one occurs during a club sanctioned 9-hole event. These funds are split up evenly with half allocated to the drink tab for that day, and half allocated back to that member in Golf Shop credit. On the day of hole-in-one, drinks will be served, at no charge, until the allocated funds are spent! Members who choose not to participate in the Club s Hole-in-One Club program are welcome to purchase, at their own expense, a hole-in-one plaque from the Golf Shop. The same rules apply for non-hole-in-one participants. Hole-In-One-Guidelines Only Members and Member s Spouses (Spouses/Significant Others identified in the Member Roster) can be enrolled in the Hole-in-One Club. Holes -in-one will be recognized when the tee markers and greens are regulation (temporary greens are not regulation). The hole-in-one must be witnessed by another golfer in your group. You must complete all 18 holes of golf. Unless the hole in one occurs in a club sanctioned 9 hole event 5

Merchandise The Club at Ravenna wants to provide our Members, their families and invited guests high quality merchandise. The Club pricing on soft goods will be competitive in the Private Club market place. Equipment pricing for irons, wedges, putters, balls, and shoes will be competitive with the big box retailers. If we don t have it in stock, a golf staff person will be happy to place a special order. Golf Shops Returns If you purchase a product from the golf shop and within thirty (30) days after the purchase date you are not happy, simply return it. The golf professional staff will apply the credit to your credit book account, the product will be sent back to the manufacturer and your members account will be charged the applicable restocking and shipping fees. Men s Fashions The Men s Clothing collections you will see in the golf shop will include Carnoustie, Bobby Jones, Footjoy, Links Soul, Peter Millar, and Travis Mathew. Ladies Fashions The Ladies collections you will see in the golf shop will Include GG Blue, Golftini, Daily, and Lizzie Driver. Exclusively for our Ladies, you can now shop the full range of Lizzie Driver online and complete your purchases using just your member number. We ll deliver your items straight to your Club. MEN S SEASON LONG INDIVIDUAL NET MATCH PLAY May 1- September 30 Entry Fee: $60 per player. Sign-up: Sign up is open now in the Golf Shop or online at www.ravennagolf.com through the ForeTees system. The field is limited to the first 32 players to register. The entry deadline and draw for pairings is April 27 th. Entries will NOT be permitted after the draw. Seeding will be based on a random draw utilizing the USGA s tournament pairing program. Format: The format is a single elimination individual net match play event. Players will receive 100% of their course handicap (maximum of 36). The field is limited to 32 players. If the tournament field is less than 32 players, then byes will be awarded in the 1 st round. Player s must use their current Ravenna course handicap as of the match date. Matches may be played from the Forest Tee markers. Players will determine the honors for the first tee by a coin flip or a method accepted by both players. In the event of a tie after 18 holes, an immediate sudden death playoff will be held, beginning on the 1 st hole. Players are responsible for turning in a completed scorecard at the completion of the round. The golf shop will post all match play scores for competitors. Schedule of Matches: Match #1: May 1st May 31st Match #2: June 1st June 30th Match #3: July 1st July 31st Match #4: August 1st August 31st Match #5: Finals September 1st September 30th The Director of Golf will utilize this information to monitor the timely progression of matches. Matches not completed within the predetermined time frame WILL NOT be extended for any reason. Winners will be decided by a coin flip unless extenuating circumstances dictate otherwise. USGA Rules will govern all play and further resolutions of disputes will rest with the Golf Professional Staff. The decision is binding and not subject to further review. Prizes: The 2015 Match Play Champion will receive a trophy. All other prizes will be awarded in Golf Shop credit 9

MEN S 4-BALL MATCH PLAY May 1st September 30th Entry Fee: $120 per team ($60/player) Sign-up: Players may sign up in the Golf Shop or online at www.ravennagolf.com through the ForeTees system starting March 25th. The entry deadline and draw for pairings is April 27. The match play field will be made up of the first 32 teams to register. The tournament handicap differential between partners must not exceed eight (8) strokes. If it does exceed eight (8) strokes, then the higher handicapped player will be reduced to an 8-stroke differential of his partner. Entries will NOT be permitted after the draw. Seeding will be based on a random draw utilizing the USGA s tournament pairing program. Format: The format is single elimination 4-Ball net match play. The course handicap of all four players is reduced by the course handicap of the player with the lowest handicap who then plays from scratch. Each of the other three players is allowed 100% of the difference. The field is limited to 32 teams. Matches must be played from the Forest tee markers. Teams will determine the honors for the first tee by a coin flip or a method accepted by both teams. In the event of a tie after 18 holes, an immediate sudden death playoff will be held beginning on the 1 st hole. Players are responsible for turning in a completed scorecard at the completion of the round. The golf shop will post all match play scores for competitors. In the event a team has a scheduling conflict, that team may choose one of the following: 1. The team can choose a substitute but the substitute cannot already be an active participant in the Four-Ball. 2. The substitute will have his course handicap reduced by 2 strokes (Ex. If the player s CH is 11, they will play to a CH of 9). 3. One player can play the match against two players 4. Each team can select a person to represent the team and the two players will play an individual match to determine which teams advances. 5. If 1-4 cannot be achieved the matches that are not completed within the predetermined time frame WILL NOT be extended for any reason. The winners will be decided by a coin flip. Schedule of Matches: Match #1: May 1st May 31st Match #2: June 1st June 30th Match #3: July 1st July 31st Match #4: August 1st August 31st Match #5: Finals September 1st September 30th Pace of Play The matches will be played in accordance to the Clubs Rules and Regulations of 4 hours and 20 minutes. Matches on the course that are 15 minutes behind the scheduled pace card will be required to move forward to the next tee box and halve the hole. All prizes will be awarded in Golf Shop credit. 10

Men s Opening Day Member/Member Event Saturday, May 16th, 2014 9:00am Shotgun Start Entry Fee: $200 per team ($100 Per Player) Carts billed separately. Sign-Up: Players may sign-up in the Golf Shop or online at www.ravennagolf.com through the ForeTees system starting April 25 th. The deadline to sign-up for this event is Wednesday, May 13 th at 6:00pm. Format: Men s Opening Day is an 18-hole Two-Man Scramble to kick off the Men s golf season! Teams will first be divided into flights based on combined handicaps. Once the flights have been determined, the team s course handicap will be determined by combining 15% of A player s and 35% of B player s handicaps. Schedule of Events: 7:00 am - 9:00 am Registration, Pick up Tee Gifts, $50 Optional Team Net Cash Pool ($25 Per person) 7:00 am - 9:00 am Hosted Breakfast 9:00 am Shotgun Start 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm Hosted Lunch and Awards Prizes: All prizes will be awarded in Golf Shop Credit to 1 st and 2 nd Gross and 1 st and 2 nd Net in each flight. Members must submit their COMPLETED Bravado entry by May 31st. Tournament entries submitted after the entry deadline or incomplete entries will NOT be accepted. The field will consist of 36 teams. Completed entries will be accepted on a priority basis with those who played in the tournament last year having first priority. Any member who played two years prior and was unable to play due to a medical condition will be second priority. Members who were waitlisted last year will have third priority. Once all the previous years tournament participants, medical exemptions, and waitlist entries have been fulfilled, a blind draw will be held to determine the remaining field positions. The Bravado field will be determined and posted by 12:00pm on June 1st. Format: The Bravado is a 45-Hole Better Ball Match Play Event. All players will play from the Forest Tee markers. Teams will consist of a Member and his Guest. There will be flights consisting of six two-man teams. Play will be within the flight and will consist of five 9-hole matches: three on Friday, and two on Saturday. The tournament handicap differential between partners must not exceed eight (8) strokes. If it does exceed eight (8) strokes, then the higher handicapped player will be reduced to an 8-stroke differential of his partner. The tournament handicap is calculated at 80%. Both the Member and Guest must have an established USGA handicap to be eligible to participate. All scores from this event will be posted to the GHIN system with the Tournament designation. 13

The Bravado Schedule of Events Thursday:, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Registration Players must pick-up their tee prizes and sign up for the below listed activities at the registration table. Please note: Teams will need to register for the Horse Race, Day Money, and Tournament Cash Pool at the registration table. Bring lots of cash. Mandatory Tournament Cash Pool ($400 per team) will be collected at registration. This mandatory buy-in is separate from the entry fee. The tournament cash pool will be split in two pots. The first pot of the tournament cash pool will be paid to the flight winner (60%) and second place team (40%). In the event of a tie the money will be split evenly. The second pot of the tournament cash pool will be paid to the final shoot participants. Net pars or better will automatically qualify your team to move forward to the next hole. The low 8 teams and ties will advance to the second hole. The low five teams and ties advance to the third hole. The low two teams and ties advance to the final hole. The winner will win 60% of the pool and runner up will receive 40% of the pool. All 4 players will tee off on each hole regardless of who holed the putt on the previous hole. Once the best shot is chosen, you may play lift, clean, and place within one club length, no closer to the hole. You may NOT improve your position on the golf course. For example, from rough to fairway or fringe to green. If the chosen ball is in a bunker, players may rake the area after each shot and play from the nearest point where the first ball first came to rest. Remember if you miss a putt, and your team still has another chance to make it, do not tap it in or that score will count. EACH TEAM MUST USE AT LEAST 3 TEE SHOTS FROM EVERY PLAYER. If your team only has 3-players, please rotate playing an additional ball as the 4th player on each hole. Junior Camps $15.00 Per junior/per session The Junior Camps are aimed at Juniors who would like to improve their games, get familiarity with the golf course, and have some fun! Clinics will include a rule of the day, 45 minute clinic, and 1-2 holes of on-course instruction. Golfing times will include some basic golf etiquette and supervised course play. Open to all junior members ages 7 and up and accompanied guests. Golfers can choose, to do the clinics, golf playing clinic, or both.
