How to Help a User Who Cannot Log On If you or another user cannot log on to the system, the most common reason is that you did not securely log off. Typically, this happens when you click the X box in the top right hand corner of the browser window to close the window. The second most common reason for not being able to log on is if you enter an incorrect password more than 3 times. In both of these cases, Web Cash Manager temporarily blocks anyone using the User ID from logging on for fifteen minutes. System Administrators must reset passwords for their organization s Users. The easiest way to unlock a user is to wait fifteen minutes for Web Cash Manager to allow access again. If you cannot wait fifteen minutes to unlock access for a user who cannot log on, click Setup on the left menu and then click the Manage Users link at the bottom of the screen. The list of users appears. If a user is locked, the Status will read Locked. Click the check box next to the Users Name and click Clear User Login. The user s status will change to Active and the User can log in.
