THE DRAWING ROOM The Drawing Room is the perfect space for a friendly festive get-together, its private bar, dance floor and DJ booth makes it the ultimate party room. It comes complete with your very own little winter cabin, as you will also have exclusive access to a quarter of our roof terrace. The Drawing Room extras include: TT Games rooms complete with table football and board games. TT Section of the terrace. TT Private bar. TT Fully equipped DJ booth. TT Raised stage area. TT Microphone. Please note drinks are not permitted on the roof terrace after 11pm. There is no hire charge for the Drawing Room, we work on a minimum spend basis. The room is available from 5pm, for earlier hire there may be an additional cost involved. NOOK & CRANNY If you are looking for an intimate space to host a small gathering this Christmas look no further than our Nook and Cranny. The mezzanine spaces are elevated over the dancefloor providing a birds eye view to all the festive frolics below. With their comfortable sofas, dim lighting and cosy atmosphere they are the ideal spots for all those Christmas catch-ups. The Nook and Cranny includes: TT Private stair entry. SNUG For those of you looking to be that bit closer to the party action our Snug is the area for you. With its private booths, stylish decor and direct access to the dance floor and bar, it is the ultimate way to enjoy your Christmas night out with friends. There is no hire charge for the Nook, Cranny or Snug, we work on a minimum spend basis. The total amount will be taken as a deposit prior to the event which shall be redeemed against food and drink on the day. ENTIRE VENUE For those big blow out Christmas celebrations, why not take over the whole of Big Chill House? Whether you are planning to get together with colleagues or friends, our Winter Wonderland will provide the perfect backdrop for a magical party. Full venue hire includes our ground floor, two mezzanines, Deco Lounge, Drawing Room and terrace so plenty of space for all your festive fun. The entire venue includes: TT Two fully equipped DJ booths. TT Four projector screens. TT Microphones. TT Three bars. TT Covered and heated terrace. There is no hire charge for the entire venue, we work on a minimum spend basis. The venue is available from 5pm, for earlier hire there may be an additional cost involved. Sunday Tuesday 13,000 Wednesday 14,000 Thursday 18,000 All prices are VAT inclusive at 20%. A discretionary service charge of 10% Friday s and Saturday s are available by special request.

FOOD & DRINK Christmas is all about eating, drinking and getting merry with friends. We have a selection of delicious festive food menus to choose from, including meat and wheat free options. All food is served by our waiting staff at the request of the guest, we offer both canape and buffet style. Our extensive drinks menu includes craft beers and cocktails as well as quality wines and spirits and our talented mixologist team are always on hand for bespoke requirements. Please note that there is a minimum order of 30 per food menu and all food and drink choices must be finalised a minimum of 14 working days prior to your booking. Allergen information for all our menus is available on request. MONIES MINIMUM SPENDS There is no hire charge for use of any of Big Chill House s spaces, we work on a minimum spend basis. It is the client s responsibility to spend the full agreed minimum spend at the time of the event. All prices are VAT-inclusive at 20%. A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill on the day. DEPOSITS A deposit will be required in order to confirm your event. We ask for 20% of the minimum spend, which can be paid via BACs, credit card (excluding American Express), debit cards or cash. The deposit amount will be deducted from your minimum spend on the day of your event. In cases where the spend has not reached or damages occur this amount will be retained. CANCELLATION FEES If you cancel more than 2 months prior to the event date the deposit will be retained by us. If you cancel less than 2 months before the event date, we reserve the right to retain all payments made and the full agreed minimum spend amount in order to cover our costs. COSTS & PAYMENTS What is the hire cost for rooms at Big Chill House? There is no hire charge for use of any of Big Chill House s spaces, we work on a minimum spend basis. Minimum spend varies from room to room, day of the week and time of year. What is a minimum spend and how does it work? Minimum spend means you can hire a space within the venue for free, by guaranteeing that a minimum amount of money will be spent during the course of your event, this amount will be agreed between yourself and us. In order to reach your minimum spend, food and drink must be purchased by yourself and guests within your hire area, all pre-orders also contribute. Once your event has finished we check the tills within your hired area, if the agreed minimum spend has been reached no money is owed. What happens if we don t reach the minimum spend by the end of our event? It is the clients responsibility to reach the agreed minimum spend. In cases where it is not reached the outstanding balance must be settled before leaving the venue. Is VAT included within the minimum spend? Yes, all prices are VAT-inclusive at 20%. Is service charge included within minimum spend? No, a discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill on the day of your event. Do we need to pay a deposit? Yes, we ask for 20% of the minimum spend which can be paid via BACs, credit card (excluding American Express), debit cards or cash. FOOD & DRINK Can I bring my own food & drink? We do allow guests to bring a celebration cake, however all other food and drink must be supplied by the venue. I want to pick my own menu, is this possible? Let us know your budget, number of guests and requirements and we ll give you a choice of menus to choose from. Will food I purchased contribute to the mimimum spend? Absolutely, everything you purchase, including all food and drink pre-orders, contributes towards your minimum spend. Can I order food on the day? Unfortunately no, all food orders need to be finalised a minimum of 14 working days prior to the event. Is there a minimum food order? Yes, we ask for a minimum order of 30 per menu. Do you cater for all dietary requirements? Yes, we have a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu readily available. If you have dietary requirements outside of this, we will do our best to meet your needs. Full allergen information is available for all of our menus. How does food get delivered? It s entirely up to you, all of our food is served by our waiting staff, we offer both canape and buffet style. I would like a special drink created for my guests, is this possible? Of course, we have an expert team of mixologists on hand to both advise on drink selections and create bespoke tipples. All drink requests must be finalised a minimum of 14 working days prior to the event. GENERAL What time can we access our room? All evening private hires start from 5pm. Can we access the room earlier if we need to? This would have to be arranged with the venue in advance, if the space is available then yes of course, however there will be an additional cost involved for earlier access. Are your spaces avaialble for daytime hire? Yes, we have a separate daytime hire package, please contact the reservations team for more information. Are we allowed to decorate our hired space? Of course, we encourage this but please make sure the paintwork, surfaces and furnishings are not damaged, if any damages occur your deposit will be retained. Will Big Chill House provide staff? Yes, we supply bar staff, chefs, floor staff and security at no extra cost. I want a DJ for our event, are you able to recommend? We have a little black book of DJs, let us know your musical needs and we will find a match. Please note DJs are an additional cost. Can I invite under 18s to my event? Under 18s are welcomed into the venue up until 6pm. After 6pm Sunday Thursday the venue operates a strict over 18s policy and on Fridays and Saturdays over 21s.
