Special Notice Degree Audit is offered as a tool to assist both students and faculty with the advising process and it typically provides an accurate overview of a student s progression toward degree completion. However, the Degree Audit program does not have cognitive ability and, consequently, is sometimes unable to determine best fit when a student completes a course that can be used to fulfill one of multiple requirements. Degree Audit is a tool and does not replace the necessity for students to take responsibility for knowing their own academic program. In those cases where best fit isn t automatically applied by the audit program, students and/or their advisors can contact the Registrar s Office to request a manual override (if applicable). All concerns relative to Degree Audits should be directed to the Registrar s Office.
