2 NH Public Risk Management Exchange Important NOTE before you begin: Pop-up blocker in your internet browser must be turned-off (allow pop-ups) to launch online courses. 1) Go to the Primex 3 Web site: 2) Click on Register/Login in the top right (see location below in diagram A). 3 Instructions for Accessing Online Courses NOTE: If you are a New User it is important to identify your Organization that is already in our database. 4) Please select your organization by clicking on the correct organization from the list that will pop up as potential matches once you start typing the name of your organization. See example in diagram C. It is very important to select the correct member in order to receive access to all services available to your employer via the web portal. Please keep in mind that some schools are under the SAU #, while other schools are listed under the district name. If no exact match for your organization is shown in the pop up list try searching another name. If you are still unable to locate your organization, please contact your school s professional development coordinator for assistance. Start typing the name of your organization Select your organization from the list Diagram C 5) Once you have completed the registration and are successfully logged in, click View online training courses in the I Want To menu on the front page of the website. (see diagram D). Diagram D NOTE: For any future training, you will not have to repeat the registration step (4). Just log in to your Primex 3 account and go directly to View Online Training in the drop down menu. Please keep a record of your user name and password. Page 3

You need to allow pop-ups by turning off your pop-up blocker on your internet browser to launch the course. Turn off your pop-up blocker, then click Launch Training. Diagram F Page 4

Instructions for Accessing Online Courses 8) Once you click Launch Training, you will then be redirected to Workplace Answers. This may take a few seconds.

Click on the plus sign (+) next to the course you would like to take. This will show your completion status (new, in progress, or completed) as the courses may be completed in multiple sessions, if needed. (see diagram G). If you get interrupted, your place will be held where you left off, when you log back in. Click on either the title or the icon to launch the course (see diagram H). Diagram G You may print a Certificate of Completion after you successfully complete the course. You can also print the certificate at any time from your Training Transcripts. (See note on next page) Diagram H Page 5

6 Instructions for Accessing Online Courses Diagram I NOTE: To access your training transcripts and print certificates, returning users can log in and then click the Education & Training tab, and then My Training Transcripts (see Diagram I).
