Module 1: SOCIETY REGISTRATION Module 2: Tenant Registration Module 3: Guest Registration SOCIETY REGISTRATION 1. Click on ENTER SOCIETY Details button on Home page.
2. Enter all the fields-mobile Number, Email Id, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name on Registration Form. Then click on Submit button. 3. You will receive One Time Password on your registered mobile number and Email Id. Enter the One Time Password and click on Submit button.
4. Click on Add Society button. 5. Please fill all mandatory fields(* marked) - Police Station, Chowki, Society name, Registration Date, Society Contact No, Society Registration No, Availability of CCTV, Society Chairman, Chairman mobile no, Chairman Email Id, Street Road Lane, Area Locality Sector,State, District, Pin code on Add society Form. If you have Building Details then click on Add More button and enter all its mandatory fields i.e. Building name, Wing name, No of flats. Then click on Save button.
6. Click on MY REGISTRATION button and enter all the mandatory fields(* marked)-owner name, gender, Date of birth, Email Id, mobile no, Photo, attach minimum one document and then click on Save button.
7. You can take acknowledgement print by clicking on Print acknowledgement button
Tenant Registration 1. Click on Tenant Information Button. 2. Enter all the fields-mobile Number, Email Id, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name on Registration Form. Then click on Submit button.
3. You will receive One Time Password on your registered mobile number and Email Id. Enter that One Time Password and click on Submit button. 4. Click on proceed to Owner Registration.
5. After Clicking Proceed to Owner Registration button and enter all the mandatory fields(* marked)-owner name, gender, Date of birth, Email Id, mobile no, Photo, attach minimum one document and then click on Save button. 6. Click on Add Property button.
7. Please fill all mandatory fields Property tax no, Society owner permission, Your property is, is property given by rent, does property belongs to society, no of tenants, Society, Building name/no, Wing no, Police station, Chowki, House/Flat no, Street/road lane, Landmark, Area/ locality/ sector, Village/town/city, Post office, State, District, Pin code, attach minimum one document in Property Registration Form. Then click on Save button. 8. If you want to edit Property Registration Form then click on Edit link,otherwise click on Member Info link.
9. To add tenant you need to click On Pay 10. Enter number of tenants in no of members field.as you enter the amount will calculate automatically. Then click on submit button. 11. Select your Mode of payment and then click on Proceed button.
12. Click on Make Payment button and continue your online payment process. 13. Fill your details and click on Pay now button.
14.After completing the payment process,you will get the receipt number. To take Receipt Print Login My Receipt Tab Take a print
14. Fill all the mandatory fields in Tenant registration form-name, Gender, Date of birth, From date, to date, Relationship, Photo, id agreement with tenant, tenant profession, Nationality, Email-id, mobile no, If you have vehicles then click on add more button and fill compulsory fields, House no, Street lane, Area/locality/sector, State, District, pin code, references, attach minimum one document.then click on save button.
15. To take Tenant Acknowledgement print,you can click on Ackowledgement Link and will get a PDF system generated receipt.
GUEST REGISTRATION 1. Click on Guest Registration button. 2. Enter all the fields-mobile Number, Email Id, First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name on Registration Form. Then click on Submit button.
3. You will receive One Time Password on your registered mobile number and Email Id. Enter that One Time Password and click on Submit button. 4. Click on proceed to Owner Registration. 5. Click on Add Hotel button.
6. Fill all mandatory fields in Hotel Registration form-hotel name, property tax number, license no, contact person name, Society Owner Permission, no of rooms, your property is, star rating, phone number, house no, Street lane, Area/locality/sector, State, District, pin code, attach min one document. Then click on Save button.
7. Click on Add Member button. 8. Enter number of tenants in no of members field.as you enter the amount will calculate automatically. Then click on submit button. 9. Select your Mode of payment and then click on Proceed button.
10. Click on Make Payment button and continue your online payment process.
11. Fill your details and click on Pay now button. 12. After completing the payment process,you will get the receipt number.
To take Receipt Print Login My Receipt Tab Take a print 13. Fill all mandatory fields in Guest Registration form-name, gender, hotel name, mobile no, purpose of visit, coming from, going to, no of nights, Room no, check in date, check out date, guest profession, college name, company address, nationality, House no, Street lane, Area/locality/sector, State, District, pin code, references, attach minimum one document.then click on Save button.
14. If you want to edit or see view of guest registration form then click on View link. OR If you want to add members by Excel sheet, then click on Import excel sheet button.
15. Click on Download Template to get Excel sheet for adding members. 16. You can add number of members in this sheet.
17. Click on choose file button to upload Excel sheet, then click on Upload file button. 18. After verifying the details of member,make tick mark by clicking in select process box. Then click on PROCESS FAILED TRANSACTION button.
19. Then click on back button to see the list of members. 20. If you want to view or Edit the Guest/members details then click on VIEW link.
