1 This document describes the steps to create Student Profile (Registration Process) which is a prerequisite for online application form for examinations of University of Pune Contents 1. General Instructions About Eligibility Number (Unipune ID) Step 1 Searching for an Eligibility Number Step 2 - Registration of a student with Eligibility Number Registration of a student without Eligibility Number Step 3 Extended Registration within login General Instructions 1.1. A student first needs to create an account on exam.unipune.ac.in to proceed with filling up the examination form Each user will create only one account which will be used for filling information for all the examinations No user will create more than one account. If such accounts are found University authorities will discard those applications. 2. About Eligibility Number (Unipune ID) 2.1. Eligibility number is a must for students to apply for exam form This number can also be searched online by clicking on Click here to search your Eligibility No This number can be collected from the respective colleges; this number is a unique identity of each student, which is allotted to them at the time of admission to the college Please note if your admission year is prior to 2010, you will not get the eligibility number, in such scenario proceed without eligibility number 2.5. Please note that, students who do not have the eligibility number will be able to submit their examination form, but their Hall tickets will not be issued for the said examination until the student/college provides their eligibility number. 3. Step 1 Searching for an Eligibility Number 3.1. Go to exam.unipune.ac.in 3.2. Click on Examination Form following screen will appear Page 1 of 9

If you don t have eligibility number, please check for eligibility number by clicking on Click here to search your Eligibility No Following screen will appear, select search by college name / course, then select faculty Group, District & Taluka, type few words from your college name And then click on Select for college selection After selection of college, click on proceed, following screen will appear, here select Faculty, Course Type & Course, Admission Year and few words from your name, and press search. 3 3.7. Following list will appear, there can be multiple pages, note your Eligibility Number 4. Step 2 Basic Registration of a student with Eligibility Number 4.1. Again go to Examination form, select Yes for eligibility form, enter eligibility number press submit 4.2. Your Name, Your college name, Course Name, Admission Year information window will appear, press submit 4.3. Sign up information screen will appear, as shown in the following snap Fill in Faculty, Course Type, Course Applied, username, password and ID 4.5. Press Save button Page 3 of 9

4 4.6. Following window will appear click on go to login 4.7. Following window will appear, provide your username and password to login. Page 4 of 9

5 5. Basic Registration of a student without Eligibility Number 5.1. If a student does not have eligibility number, please select No, following screen will appear 5.2. Select the Faculty you are studying 5.3. Select District, Taluka 5.4. Type your college name in the box.you can also search your college by typing few characters in the textbox and click on the Search college button. Having done this you will see the list of colleges you can select from Following screen will appear Page 5 of 9

6 5.6. After selecting the college please click on the Submit button to go to the Sign Up Page Following Sign up Page will appear Page 6 of 9

7 5.8. Select Faculty 5.9. Select your Type of course and Course Applied Enter you preferred User Name (Note: You will be required to use this User Name for all the further Log-ins) Enter Password Having filled all the necessary data please click on the Save Button. After clicking on save following screen will appear Now you have created your account. Please Log in through your User Name by clicking on the Go to Log in Button. 6. Step 3 Advanced Registration within login 6.1. On login screen, please enter your User Name and Password respectively and Click Log in button and you will be directed to the important instructions, please read and click on proceed. Page 7 of 9

8 6.2. Following screen will appear to fill your Basic details. Page 8 of 9

9 6.3. Your College code and Eligibility Number (Unipune ID) (If Provided) will appear as shown above 6.4. Enter your PRN (Permanent Registration Number) allotted to you. If you don t have PRN please type N/A 6.5. Enter your Full Name as it appears on your record /previous mark statement Enter your Mother's Name (It is Mandatory and your Mother's Name will appear in your mark statement.) 6.7. Enter your Date of Birth 6.8. Select you Gender 6.9. Select Nationality by selecting Country from the Drop down Menu Select Minority status If you are physically handicapped please select Yes.(Examination fees shall be calculated accordingly) Fill in all required details. * indicates mandatory field Fill in the required details, the same can be used for communication with student Click the Update Button to Save the Data After receiving the message about successful completion Click on home and submit the examination form by clicking on new Click on Exam from to fill in the examination from Page 9 of 9
