1 NEW! Online Registration for Kids Company Once at the Kids Company website ( d/kidsco), click on the green box titled, Kids Company Online Registration & Account Management (with the red NEW circle) or go to kidsco.isd721.org. The screen will look like the screen below. Once at online registration, click on the View My Account tab to set up your account. Once you have set up an account, you will be able to add the Kids Company Registration fee and sessions to your cart. If you would prefer to be invoiced after service, please wait to select your child s schedule until after paying for the registration fee. First step: Select View My Account Tab to set up an account
2 Create New Account Now you will be able to Create New Account or Login if you already have an account set up. It would be helpful to our staff if you could upload a picture of your child. Once all information is completed, please slect Save and Continue button.
3 IMPORTANT! The person selected as the Primary Contact, is the person responsible for payment of Kids Company child care fees. It is also the only person able to make changes to the registration, such as schedule changes, emergency contacts, pick-up person, etc. Each person dropping off/picking up your child must be indicated on this registration. Please indicate their personal address and select a pin number for them. They will be required to enter their personal address and pin number at e-check in/out.
4 Must select Early Bird Registration from the Discount Options drop down menu in order to received the $30.00 registration fee (on or before August 15 th ). IMPORTANT! To receive the Early Bird Registration Discount of $30.00 for registering online before the August 15 th deadline, be sure to select Early Bird Registration under the Discount Options drop down menu. Also, it is important that the Payer Username and Password be different than the pin selected for e-check in/out for security purposes. Now, you can go back to the catalog to add the registration fee to your cart.
5 Select Site Now you will be able to start viewing the care sessions grouped in each programs site. First, select the Program (Raven Stream, Eagle View or Falcon Ridge), and then from the sessions listed, you will have the option to click on top of the care session s name in order to view the details or the session. Under the list of care sessions, you can add School Year Kids Company Registration Fee to your cart by checking the Select box (1) next to the desired care session, and then finally click on the Add to Cart (2) button. (1) Add to Cart (2) If you have not registered for Kids Company, you will need to add the School Year Kids Company Registration Fee to your cart. Once added to cart, you will have another chance to view all the details from the care session and even add notes to this particular registration. If not desired, check the delete option. Check Out takes you to the next step on the Registration process.
6 Shopping Cart Screen If you would prefer to be invoiced after service, please wait to select your child s schedule/sessions until after paying for the registration fee. Once you have completed payment for the registration fee, you can select the Kids Company Site picture and select sessions. Make sure this is the correct student you are registering
7 Early Bird Discount Notice that the $30.00 Early Bird Registration has been applied. If you didn t select the Early Bird Registration Discount on Step 4 of 5 of the registration, you will be charged $ View My Account If you already have a User Name & Password, you will be able to select the option View My Account. This way, when you log into your account you will be able to view ALL your registration history as well as ALL the transactions you made
8 Family account Once logged into your account, you will be able to view your Reservation History, Payment History, Schedule, and the Family Members Info. Payment History allows you to view ALL the transactions and View/Print/ the receipts. Schedule
9 Family Members Info allows you to Add/Edit Students, Add Payers, and Add/Edit Parent-Guardian.
