Telemedicine is the service where patients at the CSC centre can use the service of Apollo Telemedicine, and can talk directly to Doctors via Video Conferencing. Q-What are the steps of this process For Doctor Consultation via Apollo Telemedicine Patient Visits nearest CSC Centre Patient Get an appointment Date and Time with the help of VLE Patient has to come to CSC at the scheduled time Talk to doctor over the video and get patient consultation done Get Prescription and give to patient Q- How can I talk to the CSC HEALTH CLINIC TEAM for all Health services? 2 Q What the main requirements for this service? A- The key requirements of Apollo Telemedicine are: Minimum 512 Kbps Broadband Internet connection Web Camera Internet Headphone and Mic Q- How much fees should I charge the patient A- A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged from a patient per consultation. The VLE gets a commission of Rs.40/-. If a doctor calls the patient for a review case, no fee is required to be taken. Q-I am having technical difficulties. Which number should I call? Can I send my queries from ? A- If you are having technical difficulties, you can contact the Apollo Telemedicine technical team by calling at or mail your queries to ID - support.csc@healthnet-global.com. Q-Where can I download the Training material/ manual? A- 1) Go to the website 2) Download the two training files named - CSC Clinical Training Hindi and CSC Technical Training by clicking on the download button. 3) Double click on the downloaded files, and click on the slide show Tab to start. Q- I want to scan and upload documents, like patient test report, to give to the doctor. How can I do that? A- Yes, Reports, like blood test reports can be scanned and uploaded.

3 Fill the patient registration form Click Submit and land on Electronic Medical record page At the bottom of the page, See the attachments option Choose the file that you want to upload and Click on Upload file Put the name and description of the document / report Q- Will I get a receipt on payment with service password? A Yes, a Receipt is generated after the transaction is complete. You can give this to the patient. The receipt will look like the example given below

4 Q- I am a review/ Follow Up patient. The Telemedicine doctor has told me to come again after 2 days. Am I supposed to pay again? A If the Apollo doctor has asked the patient to visit the CSC centre again for the same disease, the patient will have to login as a Follow Up, using the REVIEW option. Q-Due to technical issues I was not able to complete the consultation. What should I do now? A- If you are having technical difficulties, you can contact the Apollo Telemedicine technical team by calling at or mail your queries to ID - support.csc@healthnet-global.com Q- I want to generate a banner/ signage to put onto my CSC centre. What is the process for that?.

5 A We can provide you with a high quality soft copy (PDF) of a banner. You can print it at your own expense. For the PDF to be made, Kindly send your details, like Name, OMT ID, Language for the Banner, District and Block to the ID health@csc.gov.in. Q - Is any other hardware required for tele-consultation? A For consultation, the hardware required has been mentioned in the Question 4. No other machine is mandatory. However, the consultations can be supplemented, with hardware like Thermometer, B.P. Machine, Glucometer as per your requirements as external options, at your own expense, not involved with APNA CSC portal. Q What is the process of registering for a new service, once it gets launched? A- The information about new services will be advertised on the website itself. To register for a new service, VLE can go to the website registration section at On this page, in the Service you would like to register for, you will be able to see the new service option. If already registered for other services, You can again register for this new service.
