3 Registering a New Account New Mahatma Registration Please follow the Steps detailed below to Create a new Account and then register for the 2016 GP Event. STEP 1: Please open the website STEP 2: Click on the register button under Action as if you are registering for the 2016 Gurupurnima Event. 3 P a g e

5 Registering a New Account Create a New Account Please note: New User (family) Registration is a 3 STEP PROCESS STEP 3a: Create your Account by entering a Valid ID and an 8 Character Password. Once you have done that, click on Next. 5 P a g e

7 Create a New Account Family Details STEP 3b: Enter all the details requested for all your Family Members residing with you at your Current Residence. Once you have done that, click on Next. 7 P a g e

10 Scenario 1: Do NOT Want a Hotel Room Do NOT Want to Room Share STEP 4a: Please select i) No to the question Would you need a Hotel Room(s)? ii) No to the question Do you intend to share your Room with someone other than the above name(s). Should you have special requests, click the relevant radio button in Other Preferences and let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable. 15 Scenario 3: STEP 4c: WANT a Hotel Room WANT to Room Share : Already Have Room Sharing Partners i) Please note ONLY ONE of the Registrations (either yourself or your Room-Sharing partner) should select Yes to the question Would you need a Hotel Room(s)? ii) BOTH of the Registrations (yourself and your Room- Sharing partner) should select Yes to the question Do you intend to share your Room with someone other than the above name(s). 19 Scenario 4: STEP 4d: WANT a Hotel Room WANT to Room Share : DO NOT Have Room Sharing Partners i) Please select No to the question Would you need a Hotel Room(s)? ii) Select Yes to the question Do you intend to share your Room with someone other than the above name(s). iii) In Comments Section Enter Details of type of Room Sharing Partner you require, eg Female, Male, Contact Information and any other preferences.
