Our Dinner Specials For the menus proposed here below: We ask you to select the same main course for the whole group. A supplement of 5 p.p. applies to the complete group if more than one main course is selected. These menus may change according to the season or the availability of fresh produce. The mentionned prices are valid for groups from 40 people. General Terms 1) It is very important that the entire group chooses the same menu. However, adjustments can be made to meet special requests such as vegetarian food, religious or allergy diets (diabetes, gluten), if we are informed of these at least 48 hours before the meal. 2) We need to be informed of the menu choice (minimum 20 persons) at least a week before the meal. 3) We can also suggest a cold buffet for at least 40 and a maximum of 100 persons. A proposal according to your wishes and your budget will be made. 4) A cultural entertainment à la Carte with an historical theme linked with the city, the building or the Middle Ages is available on request. 5) A set price for drinks can be added to these menus see the enclosed price list. 6) On request we may organize an exclusive banquet-room. This exclusivity is free of charge if the total consumptions of food & beverage aims 1000, if not, the room renting will be charged at 300. 7) A pre-payment of 10% is required for each reservation. The outstanding balance has to be paid the day the meal takes place or at least 10 days on reception of the invoice. The bill (invoice) is done according to the number of participants confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. 8) All lateness exceeding one hour is charged with an additional fixed sum of 30 /hour/staff member and added to the final bill. (The normal staffing for a dinner is: 1 barman, 2 kitchen members and one waiter per 25 persons). The price of a meal is calculated on an allowance of the above mentioning staffing with a duration of 3 hours. 9) In the event of cancellation, the meal will be charged as follows: a) 5 days before the meal: 10% of the foreseen amount will be charged or the pre-payment will be kept b) Up to 72 hours before the meal: 50% of the foreseen amount is invoiced. c) The day of the meal: You will be charged 100% of the bill. 10) In case of diminution of the numbers of participants we will charge the amount of participants noticed 48 hours in advance.
