Decorating trends and consumer interests are continually changing and we need to keep up with the changing market. Therefore, Bates is going to be encouraging and inviting those with upcycled, recycled, vintage and antique vendors to join in our annual markets along with our crafters and artists. Customers are looking for recycled, restored, vintage, antique, and made in the USA vendors. Come and join us and share your love of crafting, collecting and gifting others. Please join us in creating an event we can be proud of to share with our customers. Like always this will be a juried market and we will be looking how your merchandise is displayed. The market coincides with the Heartbeat Classic Chevy Car Show on Sunday, April 24 th. A great combination of fun for women, men and families of all ages to come and see the products you are selling. Santa will be arriving by fire truck on Friday lighting up the tree and arriving to the North Pole on the Polar Express and making a comeback on Saturday from the North Pole to greet the kids and families and take the kids wish lists. Many community churches, clubs and non-profits come together to make this event happen. Only a limited number of vendors are allowed, so don t put off signing up. 10X15, Cost $65. The Valley Center Lion s Pancake Breakfast at all Arts, Crafts & Vintage Markets and Car Shows The Valley Center Lion s Club serves breakfast for all Arts, Crafts & Vintage Markets listed on the next page. They appreciate your support of their breakfast, which helps them to support those in need of eye care, glasses and a variety of kids needs in our community. Breakfast is $6.00 for adults and $5.00 for children and includes: pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, orange juice and coffee. Attach 2 or more photos of the products you plan to sell and a photo of your booth set-up. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want your photos returned. c. Include a check for your booth payment with the application or pay one month in advance and add an additional $5.00 reservation fee per booth space. 2. A confirmation notice of acceptance will be made through email, unless noted differently. If full, your payment will be returned and you will be placed on a waiting list. 3. Cancellations must be made in writing or email at least 2 weeks prior to the fair to receive a refund. You will be refunded in full minus a $10.00 cancellation fee per booth.
