Wingstock is the hottest festival in the Valley, bringing together Valley restaurants to feature their best wing recipes. Attendees purchase coupons, each redeemable for one wing. Participating restaurants receive.50 cents per coupon they receive, and great exposure to wing lovers across the Valley. There is live music throughout out the day, and contests including a wing eating contest, hottest wings contest, and a people s choice award for Wingstock King of Wings. 2 WINGSTOCK 2014 Where Music & Chicken Meat! This 4 th annual event will take place on April 19, 2014 from 11am 5pm Mesa Amphitheatre 263 North Center St., Mesa Show off your wing recipe, gain exposure to wing lovers from across the valley, and compete for the title King of Wings We invite you to participate in this fun day of live music, contests, beer, kids activities, and most importantly wings! By participating in Wingstock you will receive exposure to chicken wing fans across the Valley through varied advertising mediums leading up to and at the event including our event website, print, television and radio ads, social media campaigns, and you can distribute menus and coupons during the event. Wingstock will provide participating restaurants with flyers, posters and table tents to promote the festival in advance. Registration is $350/restaurant Register by December 16, and get $50 off your registration and a 15 second ad on Mesa s Channel 11! Registration includes a 10 x 10 tented area, with two 8 tables and hand washing station, per vendor. Electric is available on request (up to 120 volt per vendor) at no additional charge. There are a limited number of spaces available, and will be a first-come first-served basis. Your registration will be confirmed via when we receive a completed application and entry fee. The entry fee must be paid by company check or credit card authorization only, at the time of application. Make checks payable to City of Mesa. The Maricopa County Environmental Services Department strictly regulates food concessions at festivals such as this. I understand and agree to the following terms (please initial): The entrance fee includes One 10x 10 tented area Two 8 tables volt plug, (if requested) One hand washing station Listing on the event festival website and other promotional materials I will provide a fire extinguisher for my booth per Maricopa County Health Code guidelines. I will abide by all City and County health code regulations I understand that I must submit a copy of both my tax license with tax ID number and my Certificate of Liability insurance naming the City of Mesa as an additional insured I am responsible for providing my own plates/serving boats and napkins I will be set up for fire inspection by 10:30am on Sat., April 19 (vehicles must be off premises) I will be prepared to remain open and serve the public from 11am - 5pm on Sat. April 19, 2014 (vendors must remain set up and on-site throughout the entirety of the event) I will bring an appropriate amount of product to serve the anticipated number of attendees I am responsible for the set-up and clean-up of my booth area I may only provide wings (no other food or beverage) I may only provide wings in exchange for tickets (no cash transactions permitted) Revenue from the sale of wings will be split. Vendors will receive $0.50 per ticket redeemed. (Wing coupons will be reconciled at the end of the event and a check will be mailed after the event.)
