Lighting in the rear parking lot, driveway, and rear of building. (This is our most crucial need, when we have evening events it is pitch dark walking to cars) 2. Outdoor lighting by camera that is motion or on a time senor. 3. Security system needs to be moved to the rear door, main entrance was moved when driveway was build. 4. PTA closet tiles need to be replaced, sink leaks, and smell strong from sink. 5. Student bathroom in 300 wing backs up plumbing. 6. Bathrooms in rooms 301-307 and 401-401 all back up regularly, plumbing is considered residential grade and not commercial grade. 7. Roof, drainage system and run off needs to be repaired. 8. Baseboards are cracked in the main building of the school, cafeteria, and gym. 9. Doorframes by the gym, loading dock and kitchen are rotted out and not aligned. 10. Gang sink by the cafeteria leaks and backs up in the kitchen drain system. 11. Wood wallboard in the cafeteria is unhinged. 12. Water damage by the sinks and storage areas in rooms 101-118, 13. Water damage to wall, ceiling, and carpet in bookroom in room 107. 14. Water damage to sink in the office. 15. Water damage near the sink in art rooms. 16. Water damage in rooms 303, 306, 307 near sinks. 17. Lights in nurse s office have no fixture. 18. Portables doorframes are not leveled because of movement of the entire portables. 19. Termite damage in art on the windowsill. 20. Sidewalk transitions made of wood need to be replaced, wood is rotting or popping up.
