Santa Sunday Buffets During December, our glorious Everglades Sunday Buffet Lunches have extra special Christmas magic. The Everglades Hotel becomes a supreme festive venue, with decorations, a spectacular five course buffet, music and even a visit from Santa Claus himself. Relaxation is included as standard and we have a children s entertainer each Sunday from 1pm 4pm.
