Stoltzfus Homestead Catering The Stoltzfus family has a long and rich heritage of knowing, understanding and preparing incredible food. Three generations have showcased their culinary skills in the Farmhouse kitchen serving guests in a wide variety of settings including restaurants, events, community gatherings and of course, their own dinner tables. Using recipes that have been handed down generation after generation, the Stoltzfus family never takes a shortcut when it might compromise the final taste or presentation of a dish. All dishes are prepared from scratch, in the Farmhouse commercial grade kitchen, using the freshest, local ingredients available. Only Stoltzfus renowned premium meats and cheeses are used in dishes, creating a meld of flavors that are simply incredible. The Stoltzfus family is passionate about food and believes that a meal is far more than just satisfying an appetite. It s about using the freshest ingredients, time tested recipes and time honored techniques to create a memorable dining experience that will be remembered for years to come. Additional Information Grand Barn or tented reception can seat up to 250 people. Farmhouse Banquet Room can seat up to 100 people. $8/person for dinnerware and table settings for Grand Barn or tented receptions.
