HAMILTON COUNTY FALL CLASSIC NOBLESVILLE SWIM CLUB VIPER AQUATICS SWIM TEAM Oct 2-4, 2015 SANCTION: HOST: LOCATION: FACILITY: RULES: This meet is sanctioned by USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming. Sanction Number IN16041 This is a closed invitational for the following swim clubs: Noblesville Swim Club Fishers Area Swimming Tigers Viper Aquatics Maverick Aquatics TBA NOBLESVILLE SWIM CLUB / VIPER AQUATICS Noblesville High School: 18111 Cumberland Rd., Noblesville, Indiana. The high school is located one block west of State Road 37, and 1/2 mile north of State Road 32. Noblesville High school: Short course, 25-yard pool, start end 4.5ft. and turn end 6 ft., eight lanes with non-turbulent lane markers, three additional warm up lanes in diving well. Electronic Colorado timing system, touch pads, back up buttons with digital watch back up. Spectator seating located above pool. No charge for parking. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4). Current USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming rules will govern this meet. Coaches MUST constantly display their USA Swimming coach credential to gain deck access. The meet referee reserves the right to inspect for coach credential and will deny deck access if the coach does not comply or card is no longer valid. Please send this proof with your club s entries. Swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming to be accepted into this meet. Age as of 02 Oct 2015, shall determine swimmer s age group for the entire meet. Indiana Swimming does not process on-site registrations. Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming Member Coach, must be certified by a USA Swimming Member Coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. USA Swimming Rules 202.5.2 - At a sanctioned competitive event, USA Swimming athlete members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down. The Meet Director or Meet Referee shall assist the athlete in making arrangements for such supervision. Swim Suit Legislation Effective 25 January 2010 (102.9.1 B) In swimming competitions, the competitor must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces except as provided in USA Swimming Rule 205.10.1. All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials. For men, the swimsuit shall not extend above the navel nor below the knees, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor extend below the knee.

Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms Changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is strongly prohibited. ENTRY LIMIT: All swimmers will be limited to swim 5 individual events per day plus a relay. This is a timed final meet. Entries submitted with an individual entered in more than this rule allows, he/she will be placed in the first events entered in numerical order. There will be no refunds except for entries which are not accepted or limited events due to time constraints prior to the start of the meet. Please note that Friday s events and Saturday s 1000 Free event may be limited due to time constraints. The host team will make every effort possible to see that no events are limited during the meet. The 1000 Free will be seeded fastest to slowest and alternate girls and boys heats. *The 1000 Free event will begin 20 minutes after the conclusion of Event 16. There will be no official session warm-up prior to the start of the 1000 Free. Swimmers wishing to warm-up should do so in the diving well where continuous warm-ups are available. The competition pool will be open for swimmers of the 1000 Free between Event 16 and Event 17. Timers will be provided, but swimmers should provide their own counter. ENTRY FORMAT: Entry s must be submitted via email only. Enter swimmers using yard times only. Please avoid entering swimmers with NO TIMES if possible. Coaches may estimate times for NT swimmers to assist in properly seeding heats. All entry fees must be paid prior to the start of the meet. Teams must provide payments and the Summary of Entries before the start of Friday night s session. Deck entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Meet Referee. Changes after 1 Oct 2015 will be considered and the deck entry fee may apply. Entry fee for deck entries is double the regular entry fee. NOB and VIPR swimmers may be given priority where heats are limited due to time constraints. DEADLINE: All entries should arrive via email attachment. If any other arrangement to deliver entries needs to be made, please contact the entry chair in advance. No hand deliveries by club personnel will be accepted. Entries will be accepted starting Sep 16 2015. The deadline for all revisions will be Oct 1 2015 @ 6:00 PM. All swimmers MUST check in at the main pool entrance by the deadline indicated for each session. Failure to check in may result in the swimmer being scratched for the day. Remind swimmers that if they have entered both agegroup and open events, they must sign-in on BOTH sheets where their name appears. After check-in, scratches will be deleted and a heat sheet with lane assignments will be made available to the coaches and one posted at each end of the pool deck area. There will be a Clerk of Course for the 8 and under events. AWARDS: 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14: Medals: 1 st -8 th place Ribbons: 9 th -16 th place Relay Medals: 1 st -3 rd place High Point: Top 5 male and female athletes in each age group 15 & over:. ADDMISSIONS: ADDITIONAL High Point: Top 5 male and female athletes 13-14, 15 & over will swim in the open events and their results will be separated by age group the entire meet. For the open 400 IM, open 500 free, and open 1000 free, the results will be put in specific age groups (i.e., 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15 & over) and then scored. For all other events athletes must swim in their appropriate age group to score points. All awards will be given to the coaches after the meet. No awards will be mailed. Additional copies of the final results may be ordered for $6.00 each. Fees will be posted at venue entry. Locker rooms with shower and restroom are available; however, no lockers are available. Noblesville Swim Club and Viper Aquatics will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Only Swimmers, coaches, officials, and on-duty meet workers are permitted on the pool deck. Credentials MUST BE DISPLAYED by all coaches and officials. The Fire Marshall has determined a strict limit to the number of spectators permitted in the seating area. At NO TIME will more than this number be permitted into this area. No saving of seats is permitted in the seating area. No folding chairs or other items which obstruct the movement of spectators are permitted in the seating area or the aisles. Persons who violate these rules will be removed from the facility. No smoking permitted in the building or on the school premises. No glass containers allowed in the pool area. Swim merchandise will be available for sale. Breakfast, lunch and snack items will be available at our concession stand. A map of the surrounding area and motel information is available on our website at http://www.noblesvilleswim.com.
