Morning - h. 9.00 am: after breakfast, departure by coach along the scenic route bordering the Gulf of Asinara. Visit the popular seaside resort of Stintino, a small fishing village situated northwest of the Gulf of Asinara, with the promontory of Capo Falcone, which is a kind of paradise for its natural beauty. Visit the Pelosa beach where the water is so delightful to have no equal anywhere else in Italy: its turquoise color and transparency is worldwide famous, as well as its fine white sand. The wide extension of Mediterranean vegetation is also interesting from a wildlife point of view. In front of the promontory, there is the island of Asinara, a former penal colony and now a nature park. In case of bad weather conditions, visit the city of Sassari; Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon: After lunch, we will continue along the coastal road to reach the popular tourist town of Castelsardo (the capital of tourism and crafts of the Anglona region), an ancient medieval village which stands on a rocky promontory that slopes overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. We will visit the ancient Doria Castle (XII century), hence the name of Castel-Doria and later the name of Castel-Aragonese, overlooking the entire village; we will enjoy the beauty of its coastline, the historic center with its narrow streets and paving stone embellished by the cathedral of Saint'Antonio Abate and the Church of Santa Maria; H. 20.30: Dinner at the hotel. Friday, October 21 H. 08.30: Departure of Delegates, visitors and guests from the Hotel to Alghero; H. 09.00: Meeting with all participants at Piazzale della Pace for the Parade with the banner of the Association and the flags of the participating countries to Torre Porta Terra, where there will be the laying of a wreath in memory to the fallen of all wars and of the Police Forces, with the attendance of the representatives of the local institutions; Parade along the streets of the old town: Sassari, Ferret, Prince Umberto, to reach Piazza Vittorio Emanuele where is located the Municipal Civic Theatre; H. 10.00: at Alghero Municipal Civic Theatre Opening ceremony of the XVIII National Congress in the presence of civil and military Authorities, Delegates, visitors and guests; H. 11.30: Vin d'honneur at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele; H. 13.00: Lunch at the hotel; H. 15.00: Congress Delegates: 1st Congress working session at the hotel congress hall; Visitors and Guests: Transfer from the hotel to Alghero for a guided tour of the city (The Coral Museum, Cathedral, etc ); return to the hotel; Anniversary / Congress Program - October 2016 2

Saturday, October 22 H. 08.30: Congress Delegates: 2nd Congress working session at the hotel congress hall; Visitors and Guests: Transfer to Alghero s port for a boat trip in the Gulf of Alghero and visit the Caves of Neptune (weather conditions permitting; an alternative excursion will be a trip by bus to Capo Caccia, Argentiera / Sassari). Return to the hotel; H. 13.30: Lunch at the hotel; H. 15.00: Congress Delegates: 3rd Congress working session at the hotel congress hall; Visitors and Guests: Leisure at the hotel (beach, pool, tennis, spa, hairdresser) or tour to downtown; H. 20.30: Gala Dinner and introduction of the new elected National Executive Board of IPA Italy. 54 th Anniversary Celebrations Second Day Excursion to COSTA SMERALDA Sunday, October 23 Morning - h. 8.30 am: visit to the most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda, the most famous place in Sardinia. Following the main road Sassari-Olbia, we will visit the towns of Arzachena, Baia Sardinia, Porto Cervo, Romazzino, Liscia di Vacca, Cala di Volpe and Capricciosi. After a drink in the famous little square of Porto Cervo, we will have lunch in a restaurant of Baia Sardinia. Afternoon: visit the coast along the Gulf of Cannigione-Arzachena, where you can admire the rocks of Capo d'orso and the town of Palau, facing the island of La Maddalena; then we will continue along the coastal road Santa Teresa di Gallura and Costa Paradiso to return to the hotel; H. 20.30: Dinner with typical toasts of good wishes a zent'annos.
